Driving to the city might be a good idea because there are a lot of places to hide but the mini map can get confusing because there could be like an overpass above a road that is a rode itself and you could think that a SUV is coming down that road and you could think you're surrounded but turns out it was coming on the overpass.

I still can't get it and i even used cheat codes but the invisibly cheat wore off and i got killed by the police before i can get to the tunnel.
Those police cars can be a real pain in the ass. I messed up alot trying to record those. They are more difficult than they seem at first..
