There’s a lot of risk involved when trading news seeing as it is followed by a lot of market sentiment / there’s a high amount of liquidity and volume which increases spread possibly slips you out… I’ve known people that because of this slippage/ gap caused bc of high volatility their stop loss wasn’t hit and their account was BURNED. Just avoid trading high impact news, it’s the best thing we can do…. I usually wait atleast 5 min after
