Story 1: They lost their son when they assaulted and disowned him, just as they wanted at the time. But the son they knew died when he attempted suicide. What’s was left got built up into a new man; helped along by his new girl and her awesome family but still forever wounded by his former life. The cousin got a slap on the wrist and is still part of the family, INEXCUSABLE. She lost her luxurious car, BUT was still given a car? GTFO!!! Son should sue and press charges for assault on his male birth giver and the birth givers brother. Hell I’d have expected either birth giver to be in jail for assaulting the POS cousin or her father after hearing the truth, but nope their son isn’t worth it. Their sons life being destroyed is just a tragic circumstance to leave in the past and move on with no REAL consequences to anyone at fault. Cause the cousin still deserved to live her life to the fullest! SMH.

People don't seem to realize that false SA accusations are just as evil if not more so than actual SA, and defending the false accuser is just as bad as defending actual SAer. It should be understandable (if not completely justified) why the man is unable to forgive.

So you get accused of SA and your life is destroyed but you have conclusive proof you weren't even in the country when the SA supposedly happend, your choice is to take multiple a$$ whoopings and have your life destroyed, leading to homelessness and drug addiction?
He could have easily just pressed charges for the beating, then provided the evidence that he was out of the country when he was accused of the SA. He could later sue for defamation. These Reddit stories are always beyond the statue of limitations for defamation, so it can't be verified. His entire issue could have been solved, again he had the evidence and knew he was innocent, he would have never had to actually contact his family to clear his name, he wasn't some teenager he was a college student who could have easily worked this out.
