Op gave way too generous terms. The only terms I would personally accept an apology on is the parents pay £100,000 to Op. The father lets his son hit him in the gut. The Uncle agrees to Op breaking his nose. The cousin pays Op £1,500 a month for the next 7 years. She agrees to let Op break her nose and punch her in the gut. She gives him her car. She lives in a van for the next 2 years. If she has social media, she will write the truth in her bio until the payments are complete. The parents, uncle, cousin and all other family members agree to never contact Op again. All written on paper, signed and recorded. If they want the apology accepted then you gotta pay to play.
Yeah your reaction still too weak If I was OP i would make sure she had SA trauma to live through. Already derailed my family life and bro just walked away. Nah, scorched earth and ptsd for everyone, not just me
There’s a higher chance OP would lose everything considering the time between when it happens initially and the cousins age which would be taken into account I mean, there is a big reason why random people aren’t suddenly receiving lawsuits from people. They insulted when they were like granted considering the effects of this had on OPs life. There is definitely a bit more stance. He should pursue if he has more than enough.
@@sanicinapanic4264 so you're saying there's a good chance that Op would win a lawsuit but considering the things that his cousin has been given over the years how much money do you think he would sue for
Unfortunetly false accusations almost never face any consequences, even when prove false, because the feminists will scream "BUT WHAT ABOUT REAAAAAAAL VICTIMS!!!!" Not giving a single fuck about this real victim.
I will say what I always say about stories like S1. you are not a man for beating up a kid. you are a coward when you have to sucker punch them. OP became depressed, heavily addicted to drugs and alcohol, and even suicidal. and the cousin barely gets any punishment aside from losing her nice car while OP lost years of his life and almost ended his life? tell the parents to pound sand and keep going until they are in the grave and in hell for what they did. tell them that you will be a better father compared to him and will actually love your son when he couldn't be bothered to check in cousin's story was real or not. finally, tell them never to contact you again because you don't want to be associated with people like them
He wasn't even in the same state when Amy claimed it happened!? Op should screenshot whatever messages they sent him proving Amy lied and sue them all. What a horrible family. They didn't even think twice about disowning him, but heaven forbid poor Amy have any consequences.
So cousin makes horrific allegations against op no one verified anything she claimed, (she gets rewarded) family beat the crap out of him, kick him out destroyed his life and he was never there to begin with. I would press charges and sue them all.
Just remember. If you get falsely accused and your parents INSTANTLY disbelieve you, when they come back to you afterwards your response should ALWAYS be "you chose your side" followed by a door slamed in their faces.
Story 1, OP you may wish to seek legal advice, I am sure you OP has some legal Avenue, you could take. As you must have grounds for a legal case against not only Amy, her Parents and your own parents OP. There may even a criminal case, maybe deformation, maybe you could file a lawsuit. I would seek legal advice, keep up the therapy and take this situation one step at a time.
Frankly, they have very little first off. You have to take in mind the time between the event, the age at which the accuser was as well as proof and evidence that this claim was even made in the first place, considering the time between the events he would have very little since any lawyer can simply argue. They didn’t pursue legal action plus she was 12 so it’s honestly just best he at the max get restraining order
So op gets falsely accused of something he clearly didn't do as they all were well aware he wasn't even at the party (there's no way they didn't know and if somehow by a miracle they didn't that shows how little they actually cared about op to begin with) they physically assault him. Throw him out and cancel all of the money for his schooling. And her punishment is that she has to say sorry? Why doesn't the uncle and dad beat the shit out of her like they did op and throw her out and cut her off of everything?? Oh right the woman privilege of the only form of accountability happened to be taken is to say sorry and that's only in extreme cases they even have to do that.
Story 1: There's one thing I hoped OP would have said at the meeting with his (former) parents: "You're lucky we can have this conversation now because without my wife (pointing Rachel), I wouldn't be here anymore..."
Story 1: Op doesn’t have to reconcile with his family. His cousin is a screwed up brat and people like her are one of the reasons no SA victims ever come forward.
The parents are the real villains. Not giving him a chance to speak the truth, assaulting him, and leaving him for dead. Unspeakable cruelty and idiocy. He wasnt even at the party and had photo evidence.
I know ALOT of people with a shellfish allergies and literally only one of them has an epipen on them at all times and that is because she also has a peanut allergy
I will never understand why people think someone would fake an allergy. Working around allergies suck and would be a stupid way to get attention. My daughter is allergic to peanuts and it's a pain to find food she can eat sometimes. There are so many parties she couldn't eat the cake at and so much halloween candy she can never have. The idea of her faking it is idiotic.
Story 2 : i often call my husband the name of our dog. It just happens. Oh and i often say "our" father when i talk about my father (his father in law) as if we are siblings 😂 tbh i think its extremely funny and often dont even correct it. I enjoy the thought of strangers overhearing us, being completely terrified.
Story 1: They lost their son when they assaulted and disowned him, just as they wanted at the time. But the son they knew died when he attempted suicide. What’s was left got built up into a new man; helped along by his new girl and her awesome family but still forever wounded by his former life. The cousin got a slap on the wrist and is still part of the family, INEXCUSABLE. She lost her luxurious car, BUT was still given a car? GTFO!!! Son should sue and press charges for assault on his male birth giver and the birth givers brother. Hell I’d have expected either birth giver to be in jail for assaulting the POS cousin or her father after hearing the truth, but nope their son isn’t worth it. Their sons life being destroyed is just a tragic circumstance to leave in the past and move on with no REAL consequences to anyone at fault. Cause the cousin still deserved to live her life to the fullest! SMH.
People don't seem to realize that false SA accusations are just as evil if not more so than actual SA, and defending the false accuser is just as bad as defending actual SAer. It should be understandable (if not completely justified) why the man is unable to forgive.
Yea, what man is thinking about work while having sex? None! He was definitely fantasizing about his assistant 🤦🏼♀️ and definitely cheating on those “work trips”.
So if someone accuses a man of SA I try to ask questions. Sadly personally had a few instances where someone i knew accused a man of SA or someone I knew was accused and it was proven 100% false. I understand the thought don't doubt or blame the victim, but often the victim is the accused. Due diligence and innocent until proven guilty.
Should've called the Cops for what they did.. I would have also brought something to record that entire conversation..that horrible entitled brat that made the fake SA accusation would have had at the VERY LEAST Some ACCOUNTABILITY and most likely the parents and everyone that supported her would get jail time for trying to back her up.
I hope "amy" gets the experience she claimed she had and no-one believes her to the point she gets disowned like the one she falsely accused. She only confessed years later after it was far too late - society does not need people like that, but hell does.
OP in the 1st story was so fucking traumatized from the accusations and consequences he RUNS AWAY FROM CHILDREN, that's fucked up especially if his parents did that by not believing him.
The absolute narcissism of that family in the first story is absolutely repugnant. Imagine telling someone it's a different situation. Wtaf? That person destroyed a life completely and someone had to rebuild themselves from the ground up. Thank the stars they had someone who walked into their life when they needed it the most. They found another family. The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.
Except that the family never made a public accusation against him, so what the cops could do? He would bring them the proof that the 4th July he was in another state, and the cops would just reply “ok, so? What has anything of that to do with us?”. He could if anything go to the cops for assault and battering from his parents, THEN they would have to explain it and the SA accusation would probably came out. But everything else they did was technically legal.

Story 1 is yet another story where the world treats women with kid gloves, while the man is treated like crap on your boot when it comes to false allegations. 🤦🏽
OP's parents in the first story not remembering he was out of state playinf baseball and being totally okay ruining his life while letting his little cousin getting away with a false accusation for attention really shows their true colors

@@religionisevil8850Same exact story with slightly different ages and timelines. I've seen some where the story takes place 8, 14 or even 20 years ago.
Comments on story 2 are dripping with misandry. OP, instead of being an adult and having an adult conversation, jumped to conclusions and sick her family on SO. Calling someone else’s name is a garbage thing, but was it even the assistant he was thinking about? How common is the name?
IMO, if she was truly doubtful and insecure, she should've hired a private investigator in secret and let a professional verify it, if nothing is found, good, if something was found, she had her answer, her immature act of just barging into the place and being accusatory and rude hasn't done her any favors, perhaps she just acted on her emotions but, it doesn't make it any less of a problem.
Shld had sue the parents and the accuser for the pain they caused. Personally i would had the police called then have them investigate it and establish a alibi.
My mom was allergic to shrimp and never had an epipen. She also lived to 74 and never once had an issue with it. It’s a lot easier to avoid seafood than things like bees.
Story One soo Amy takes everything away from your life. You find out the real story & you don't get a lawyer. Hmmm? I see how Amy got away with it. You let her.
Evidence, my dear friend. All that he has is hearsay, and what Amy did wasn't a great crime, only slander, and there is a statute of limitations. And the rest (his uncle breaking his nose) depends on the rest of the family being willing to testify. Just because YOU know the truth does not mean that you can adequately prove it in a court of law. Or even get the courts interested enough in it to not just throw it out in favor of other, more pressing, cases. Especially for things that go under criminal court rather than civil court (like the nose-breaking incident).
#3 It's really annoying that people are getting mad at OP for not having an Epipen bc 1. An Epipen doesn't stop an allergic reaction, it just stabilizes you long enough to not die immediately. She would've still needed to go to the hospital especially for an allergy severe enough to be life threatening. And 2. Whether or not she had an Epipen doesn't change the fact that her sister knew she was allergic to shellfish and basically committed attempted murder on her?! Why the fuck are people blaming OP when the sister is the one who put her in that situation in the first place
Dude that said his assistant's name while being intimate with his girlfriend clearly has a crush and is either oblivious about it or is hiding it from everyone and blaming OP as a toxic girlfriend.
Kinda sounds like she is toxic. Regardless. Barging into a room accusing and raging is not healthy behavior. And do note OP hid that she came in pretty aggressively until asked why he was embarrassed. Nevermind if he got mad at her for Saying someone else’s name during sex, she’d probably call him controlling.
I find it funny how his dad say to op never to see the op again. And the funny part was years later ops family want to see him again ?? How pathetic. Op dude should call the court and registered that family as no more family again.
Story 2: Even if it's a misunderstanding ending an engagement over her seeing is insane. If he was so quick to end it he's either cheating or they would've divorced on the first rough patch.
I mean, to be fair, her act of barging within the place, being heavily accusatory without any proof, and rude as well could've costed the guy his job and whole career giving certain circumstances, what if he had a super important client there ? She could've acted in a rational manner and hired a private investigator in secret to confirm and deny her doubts instead of doing something so harmful to her loved one.
My extended maternal family disowned my mom and by extension my siblings and I, when I spoke my truth about what my maternal cousin did to me and no charges were pressed. Even now, when my family is back in contact with them, my grandmother can only speak about his accomplishments and he pretends nothing ever happened. He was the first grandchild, so that might be an explanation, not that that kind of thing can be explained away. At least now he’s in his 20’s and balding. He is as repulsive outside as he is inside.
The fact that no one even the accused never goes after the accuser which is why women will continue to believe it’s ok for them to make falsely accusations. Also I would have asked my dad if he kicked the crap out of his brother for allowing him to assault me and if the women in the family didn’t beat the crap out of my cousin. If not keep acting like I’m dead.

He could have easily just pressed charges for the beating, then provided the evidence that he was out of the country when he was accused of the SA. He could later sue for defamation. These Reddit stories are always beyond the statue of limitations for defamation, so it can't be verified. His entire issue could have been solved, again he had the evidence and knew he was innocent, he would have never had to actually contact his family to clear his name, he wasn't some teenager he was a college student who could have easily worked this out.
Could have contact collage friend groups social somehow and make it known that she falsely accused a family member so she could be made special and treated like a a princess. It will make her life unbearable there

Story 1 would have caused me to crash out after I proved my innocence my sperm donor and his brother would have to count their days for putting their hands on me.

The parents not wanting to make the cousin pay anything was just twisting the knife and THEN they try to just go “oh let’s get ice cream!” as if that will help anything…. what terrible people.
People like this make me NOT believe in the Geneva Convention.
Yeah your reaction still too weak
If I was OP i would make sure she had SA trauma to live through.
Already derailed my family life and bro just walked away.
Nah, scorched earth and ptsd for everyone, not just me
lol what kind of father has some nerve to try and hug
Story 1 had me shedding genuine tears . The fact he was in another state when it allegedly happened made my blood 🤬 boil ‼️
I am literally begging God to calm me down because this story was making me so angry that it was driving me to madness!
the first one is the best version of "ruined by false allegations" up to date
Story 1 op should sue her cousin for everything and make her pay up
There’s a higher chance OP would lose everything considering the time between when it happens initially and the cousins age which would be taken into account I mean, there is a big reason why random people aren’t suddenly receiving lawsuits from people. They insulted when they were like granted considering the effects of this had on OPs life. There is definitely a bit more stance. He should pursue if he has more than enough.
@@sanicinapanic4264 so you're saying there's a good chance that Op would win a lawsuit but considering the things that his cousin has been given over the years how much money do you think he would sue for
Unfortunetly false accusations almost never face any consequences, even when prove false, because the feminists will scream "BUT WHAT ABOUT REAAAAAAAL VICTIMS!!!!"
Not giving a single fuck about this real victim.
Likely past the statute of limitations
I will say what I always say about stories like S1. you are not a man for beating up a kid. you are a coward when you have to sucker punch them. OP became depressed, heavily addicted to drugs and alcohol, and even suicidal. and the cousin barely gets any punishment aside from losing her nice car while OP lost years of his life and almost ended his life? tell the parents to pound sand and keep going until they are in the grave and in hell for what they did. tell them that you will be a better father compared to him and will actually love your son when he couldn't be bothered to check in cousin's story was real or not. finally, tell them never to contact you again because you don't want to be associated with people like them
Make the cousin apologize on camera, begging on her knees and OP gets to post it on the internet for the world to see.😂
Story 1. Oh the wonders of crocodile tears and weak minds. At least he meet a great wife.
And FIL. That's the only family he needs.
He wasn't even in the same state when Amy claimed it happened!? Op should screenshot whatever messages they sent him proving Amy lied and sue them all. What a horrible family. They didn't even think twice about disowning him, but heaven forbid poor Amy have any consequences.
True unfortunately teenagers going through traumatic situations rarely make the most level headed decisions.
So cousin makes horrific allegations against op no one verified anything she claimed, (she gets rewarded) family beat the crap out of him, kick him out destroyed his life and he was never there to begin with. I would press charges and sue them all.
The fact they didn’t call the police is just proof they wanted an excuse to get rid of him at the behest of their hive queen.
It's also why I believe this story is fake.
Just remember. If you get falsely accused and your parents INSTANTLY disbelieve you, when they come back to you afterwards your response should ALWAYS be "you chose your side" followed by a door slamed in their faces.
13:01 What someday ? Never see them again . And if you have to see them again , make sure it's in the court with them in police handcuffs .
If i was OP when the mom begged me to stop talking, I'd snap back with "NO YOU WILL STAY QUIET AND YOU WILL LISTEN TO WHAT I WILL SAY!"
@@sanicinapanic4264 I agree with you, however some consequences are better than none. Would you not agree?.
@@Night_Owl2023 It makes me not really believe in the 8th Amendment and the Geneva Convention.
I cried so much at the first story such horrible parents
Story 1: There's one thing I hoped OP would have said at the meeting with his (former) parents: "You're lucky we can have this conversation now because without my wife (pointing Rachel), I wouldn't be here anymore..."
Oh they wouldn't have cared.
Story 1: Op doesn’t have to reconcile with his family. His cousin is a screwed up brat and people like her are one of the reasons no SA victims ever come forward.
Yes. Fake allegations always make it harder for actual cases to move forward. But a lot of people will do anything for money and clout.
@@lillia2479What a load of crap.
@@AA-ed6ek What did I say that was full of crap? The truth? 🙄
@@lillia2479 It certainly isn't the truth. You would like it to be, though.
@@AA-ed6ek What did I say that was wrong?
Story 3, it's hard to believe that family members always think that allergies no matter how severe it is, a joke. It's practically attempted murder.
Story 1. OP should sue the cousin for defamation. His parents also. That is the only real justice he will ever see.
People care more about women than men, and people will not change in this regard.
Rachel and her family are great
if "work" gets him off you have a whole nother problem
Yea, what man is thinking about work while having sex? None! He was definitely fantasizing about his assistant 🤦🏼♀️ and definitely cheating on those “work trips”.
“Its mom”
“Ef off”
FINALLY A REALISTIC RESPONSE TO THESE STORIES 😭😭😭
The guest on today's episode was fantastic. I'd love to hear more from them in the future.
Heard that first story before, thank god she was there to stop him jumping.
Sometimes I want to find these people just to look at them and think what kind of awful person are you
Should've called the Cops for what they did..
The first story is funny cause if he went to the cops and showed proof it would have been over in seconds
@@marcorizzoni9766 that’s what I’m saying go report them to the police they will say why they did it and then just easily show them the photo and everything is fine
@@hotdogkid9015
They could still deny that any battering was performed by any one of them, and then it would be the word of 3-4 people against one. Still probably they would have brought up the alleged SA, and that would have allowed to reveal the truth, but at that point he probably wasn’t thinking clearly and feared that calling the police would have made the situation worse.
@@marcorizzoni9766 if they left bruises its no longer a he said she said since now it has to be a investigation but yea he was not in the right mind at the time so i can understand that
@@hotdogkid9015
Maybe, but exactly what can the investigation uncover if there are many people claiming something like “ he got them by being beaten by the some boyfriend of some girl he was trying to seduce”? Those cases are notoriously hard to bring to a closure, when you have non witnesses and the other party has witnesses willing to lie.
It’s been said many times before but I’ll say it again: other crimes are not treated this way. You don’t accuse someone of murder without evidence and their life be ruined for it.
The 1st one is more like a story than an actual event😂
It is. The same general story gets reposted on Reddit all the time with a few varying details. It's creative writing, but without the creativity.
@@religionisevil8850Same exact story with slightly different ages and timelines. I've seen some where the story takes place 8, 14 or even 20 years ago.
Sure, but the sad thing is that these things happen. One party gets their lives destroyed and the other party doesn't face any consequences.
You seem to ignore the fact that shit like that does happen in real life though. You're focusing on the wrong thing here bruh
Definitely
No forgiveness for the family ever!!!
Comments on story 2 are dripping with misandry. OP, instead of being an adult and having an adult conversation, jumped to conclusions and sick her family on SO. Calling someone else’s name is a garbage thing, but was it even the assistant he was thinking about? How common is the name?
That's common reddit
So is it misogyny when comment berate women for calling out another man’s during sex?
@@jlynn8707dont worry everything is misogyny these days so its ok.
Unfortunately true
No court would even hear the case as no woman was harmed.
Facts.
Story 1: JEEZEL PETE, WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS FAMILY?! AT LEAST HEAR THE KID OUT! Jeez, why so many stories were they don't hear the accused out?
#3 It's really annoying that people are getting mad at OP for not having an Epipen bc 1. An Epipen doesn't stop an allergic reaction, it just stabilizes you long enough to not die immediately. She would've still needed to go to the hospital especially for an allergy severe enough to be life threatening. And 2. Whether or not she had an Epipen doesn't change the fact that her sister knew she was allergic to shellfish and basically committed attempted murder on her?! Why the fuck are people blaming OP when the sister is the one who put her in that situation in the first place
"False accusations never hurt anybody or aren't that serious"
I hope no one get family like him
the op in the second story looks like a real piece of work
Op3 is like all the people that is hated by their family and still don't go nc. Just dumb
Nevermind if he got mad at her for
Saying someone else’s name during sex, she’d probably call him controlling.
Story 1 is written like a creative writing exercise
Definitely, tho I am curious what a suitable punishment for a false accusation like that would be
There's nothing creative about rehashing the same plot over and over again.
Call cops on dad and uncle sue cousin sued report defamation
jesus, the first story had me in tears. holy shit.
Any update to story 1 ?
Okay, so OP sent his parents messages before they blocked him, but he never thought to just write "I WASN'T EVEN THERE"? I'm calling bullshit.
Story 1: If I was OP, I would’ve addressed my estranged parents by their first names before leaving.
Story 1: I despise OPs parents, cousin, and other relatives are complete POS!
At least he didn't get mutilated, burned alived or lynched.
Story 2: "great chemistry" proceeds to doubt her ex even after he gave her a key to his apartment, gave his passwords for the dms. Yet still suspects him even after she herself said he's very straight forward. She did her ex a favour
Honestly, as frustrating of a creative writing exercise, the first story is if it is true OP is an idiot. So you get accused of SA and your life is destroyed but you have conclusive proof you weren't even in the country when the SA supposedly happend, your choice is to take multiple a$$ whoopings and have your life destroyed, leading to homelessness and drug addiction?
He could have easily just pressed charges for the beating, then provided the evidence that he was out of the country when he was accused of the SA. He could later sue for defamation. These Reddit stories are always beyond the statue of limitations for defamation, so it can't be verified. His entire issue could have been solved, again he had the evidence and knew he was innocent, he would have never had to actually contact his family to clear his name, he wasn't some teenager he was a college student who could have easily worked this out.
Im not crying... You're crying!
Could have contact collage friend groups social somehow and make it known that she falsely accused a family member so she could be made special and treated like a a princess. It will make her life unbearable there
Never underestimate a woman's ability to avoid taking responsibility for her actions!
Story 2: sometimes I call my female dog by the previous female dog's name. She goes psycho too when I do it. She givese the evil eyes when I take my boy dog on walks. She tears up my shoes out of jealousy.
😂😂😂
honestly if i had a partner that barged into my place somewhat accusatory i would probably be upset with them do and trust would definitely be thin at that point
Story 2: The dude is innocent, and reddit still looks for reasons to crucify him. "I dont know why they want him to break up with me." Maybe because you followed him to another city when he was at work?
Story 1 would have caused me to crash out after I proved my innocence my sperm donor and his brother would have to count their days for putting their hands on me.
These stories are why i have a strong no evidence no reaction clause. I also just dont interact with people much so benefits
For false aligations you need to go to jail, just look what happens.
Op: who is this
Op mom: ur mom 😭
Op: fuck off 🤬
Me: 😂😂😂
Story 1: I’m sorry but I think this is a creative fiction writing project. Being saved on the verge of sű1¢1ðɛ by a lady who turns out to be the love of your life and your future wife who takes you (a mentally unstable homeless man and stranger) into her home is just not realistic. In the real world her family would also have concerns about her safety around you too.
Story 1: that cousin wants to be a victim so bad
Get a restraining order against them all.
Should sue them all for assault and defamation of character
I don't know anyone with allergies who does not carry an epipen. I also live where health costs are covered. However epipens are not that expensive here. Sorry about your situation.
Story 1 soubds a little bit fake. But on the other hand situations like this happens more as one would thought
Oof. Reddit really screwed up for the OP whose bf said his assistants name. Seemed like the consensus was it could be something or it could be nothing but they still urged her to ambush him on a work trip and it ended up being in front of all his coworkers. Plane tickets are expensive and the flight is a huge tike commitment. And it sounds like she came in swinging. It seems pretty extreme and I would have thought she was crazy toxic too if I were them.
So they saw some psycho chick bust into his place and start yelling. And HIS behavior isn't acceptable? It's like reddit is near incapable of acknowledging a woman could be the bad one.
I’d put a restraining order on them. And have them arrested for contacting me.
