I love your vlogs. We considered retiring to Sanur 30 years ago and starting up a pie & sandwich bar, making our own bread as you couldn't get nice bread back then, but the timing was wrong. We are now too old and have retired to Geelong. Last time in Sanur was 2019. We miss being there so much and the wonderful people.

Hi Bergs, Interesting to get a little background and perspective on your big move, thanks for sharing. We stayed in Sanur in July to get a feel for the place partly because of your videos. I even spotted you both walking past the Birds nest at Segara village hotel while we were having breakfast one morning. Thanks again for sharing and hopefully we can hear some more about the practical realities of making such a big move.

We are coming back for a month in August and would love to meet you and feed off your knowledge. It is a big move and a bit scary but life is short and what better to spend it in Sanur. We have watched many other peoples videos but found yours so down to earth and it’s a credit to you both. And we thank you for that. You are awesome. Last year we stayed at the Inna Grand for a month which was wonderful but unfortunately it has closed - but found it amazing and with a unit close to the beach - absolutely priceless Once again - thank for your time and honesty in Bali. Great video very informative, I have read that you need 130,000 in the bank to go out to Bail is this true ? Also how much is your Villa to lease for 25 years and can you sell if you need to head back to Australia? Do you make money on a property if you have done work on your lease ? Just some more questions for you 😊

Well done you pair, I’m retired but I’ll not retire to Bali but I do enjoy my holidays there which I’m intending to extend for longer periods, the 60 day visa (30+30) will suit me I think in the initial stages.
Another great video but it would be great if you introduced videos with your names for people new to the channel and included your names in the About section of your channel.
Your vLog is marvellous. Never for one minute doubt why anyone wants to watch or see what you guys have to say. It’s very valid information for those of us thinking about the move over to paradise. We have had contact with Balimoves real estate and hopefully they might be able to help us with a 12 month rental. If you have any recommendations for agents or owners would appreciate it, but part of the search will be one of our adventures. ❤

Hi, we are coming to stay in Sanur, we absolutely love it,we only stayed for 3 days in September but new straight away it would be home.
We have had contact with Balimoves real estate and hopefully they might be able to help us with a 12 month rental. If you have any recommendations for agents or owners would appreciate it, but part of the search will be one of our adventures. ❤
