TayBoogie*
@@007von no , it’s Taiboogie
And dailystreetracing
You need taiboogie and hi boost
Hell yeah
This podcast HAS to go worldwide, has too. 1stock(Dre) & NoHesi coming on here, then other Cali, TX, FL, etc.
This gonna blow up, car culture is gonna be mainstream af again real soon. Y’all are gonna have millions in the future. This reminds of no jumper from 2015-2016
For sure blowing up. This popped up on my feed today I already saw 3 pop cast and I’m hooked on this
Yeah fr. This pod could be huge by just doing what they doing.
Definitely not with these characters. Amazing how dudes still don't realize how the "mainstream" works and how they pick people.
"I have a really good question"
"I have a really good question"
"I have a really good question"
😂 good question to him only!! Smh
“I have a really good question “ 😂guy kills me
y'all just put me on game, I didn't even know this much prep goes into street car racing. I just moved from the city to cali but y'all make me want to sell my bikes and move back lol. love the content PLEASE! keep them coming, this is what the urban Moto scene needs.
Podcast is A1. dont tell them " i have a question " , just ask the question. Respectfully
Y’all gotta get reef on a episode his story with racing is high key touching and he’s a business owner ect I think that would be a great episode
I can't wait until yall start interviewing Florida dudes. BIG hitters in the gunshine state!
Bro these interviews are fire I’m from NY but been in the South for sometime and it’s really nice to see you put NY race culture to the forefront!
I’m out of Florida and I have never street raced and I’m loving this podcast. Nothing like it out there. Appreciate y’all.
Love and support from upstate ny, glad to see Grim. Been following dude ever since the Green Hornet days. Absolute legend🤙🏽
Watched the whole podcast. Keep going with it, this is tuff🔥🔥✅
This was a great podcast. I probably watched hours of videos when I was younger on how these dudes raced back in Hunts Point in the 90's, and how it transitioned onwards to the early 2000s and now, especially the Honda scene. I've attended a few races with some High School friends and the vibe was even more intense seeing it in person. As a New Yorker, this shit came along way.
First episode I am watching and I been looking for this type of vibe podcast! Thanks guys!
Absolute banger, informative, funny and no sugarcoating, you guys are a proper host and co host duo, please don't stop making these
Everybody like the attention. From 20 degrees to 90 degrees weather. Get your testing in the streets of fountain Ave, tanks, Cypress hills to be ready for Nassau. Track bite and a solid burnout. Anybody who been around long enough knows left lane is the best lane hands down. It's the street, why run burners and all the extra - head to the track.
I don’t know anything about cars or street racing but I watched the whole video because yall so inspiring❤
Really like the conversations, questions and and responses given on this channel. Alot information and insight to gain 🙏💯
Appreciate that
Good Pod and tips for the upcoming generation 😎 This shit a team sport, idc who driving 💯
Best pod yet !!
I knew there was car podcasts but this is dope….subscribed
Please, My pops was street racing in California over 45 years ago. No way in hell did some guys in New York invent the street racing scene.
For real!
The guys in the video are really "New York" biased! 😂
Street racing in California has been around for well over 50 years!
The import tuner scene was born in Southern California!
That’s where it emerged from.
When you saw a nyce1s sticker back in the day you knew that car put in work
This Post cast its 🔥 a lot of streets race inf all facts love it
These podcasts good keep it goin it’s different it’s going 2 grow watch
Appreciate the support from early on 🙏🏽
Had to watch in full. I knew hec back in street motor days and have w e differences we got but i gotta say thats whats up when people elevate and do things u never expect ill b real thats whats up
I drive past both those supras in the background every single day. I’m fairly new to the car scene and i hope to meet and learn from you guys one day
Great content, info, and podcast!
East coast rocking that "LA" fasho...you know, west west
West Coast! 💪
Us in Cali don’t have highways to race on like y’all do, it’s a fair trade. Y’all got the highways & we got back roads 💯
Our highways have crazy traffic tho lol
@@timothyroman1129 you missed the point I see 🥴
Cali definitely has highways ya just won’t shut it down
@@jamesclark6226 come try & shut it down see what happens 😂 won’t even get one burnout in 💯
facts tho
"The Fast And The Furious" wasn’t necessarily about Hunts Point / New York…
The VIBE MAGAZINE article from '98 wasn't the only reason why "The Fast And The Furious" was created to begin with.
The *California Import Tuner Scene and Street Racing* was a big reason behind it!
In a matter of fact, street racing was big in California, it was all over the place.
Has been going on for well over 50 years…
*The Import Tuner Scene was born in Southern California!*
That's where it emerged from.
The *producers and even some of the actors* (Paul and Vin were two of them) went to street racing spots at night and to certain Import car shows in California during '99 - 2000 before starting production of the movie.
New York had barely anything to do with the movie.
It was all a *Cali thing* and was supposed to be that way!
*David Ayer* rewrote the whole script.
He didn’t like the initial New York based draft.
The initial draft written by *Gary Scott Thompson* was very stereotypical and only had Italian-American characters in it. It had no diversity at all…
It also didn’t have much car / street racing sequences.
It wasn’t a good script generally speaking…
*David Ayer* set it in California because he felt it was more appropriate to set the movie on the *West Coast* as street racing was big over there and the import tuner scene, like mentioned earlier, was at home over there!
The California vibe and sunshine was also more appealing for that type of movie.
🙂
It's crazy that this dude is part of the show now and he's interviewing people now
"I like everything but Hondas" I felt that
Please break up topics in videos into chapters. Thanks for the content.
That shop is in Yonkers. I believe it was talking about a guy named Angel. And the tuner from DRT. At the end of the movie it references it
Ghostboy Aki is perfect if we talking about new york new Jersey racing he set the tone KEEP GUNNIN 💯
“You give me one and the leave and ima gun you “ icon by Aki lmao 😂
*one
@@jstashbeatz big facts a legend
This was a badass video I’m so souped you had hecktor on he’s the man when I see roc videos and he showed heckler in the trailer I grab the popcorn. Dam heckter is so chill compared to when he’s in all business mode prepping and I’d love to line my car up in his prep.
If you know that highway you know and see me at hday every year 🤙🏾
AYEOOO AT THE END AYEEEEOOOO
🔥🔥🔥
You guys should definitely interview AKI GHOST BOY 👻 and Sonic
Active 👍 We Outside
I think a prep team is smart it's safer tbh as safe as a highway race could be
We need ROC NYC and Chopped Cheese!!
I got into cars because my dad was a mechanic and my dad used to rebuild engines and fix them up and then fast forward to 2023 I had got my 8th gen Honda R18 Civic and fell in love
49:08 facts. I wasn't racing but I was spectating my boys and OGs racing in like 2009-2013 when I was in highschool/college. The arguments were different. People would actually scrap. Not just bicker. Now a days people just argue and talk shit online. (Which I prefer, cuz the violence back then could become something else)
- I'm in massachusetts so not too different from NY. Just not as big.
If y'all gone do NY import street racing track down/invite some of the old teams like BITS racing/BYT/DRT/NRG tech/Hi-Boost/Midnight Auto/traffic Blocking ( maximas )/the whole DSM/Evo 4G63 days irskine/greenpoint/jones beach days tuners/builders like ralphy/amaudi/noel/M&S ( RIP mike )/jwt performance/top level/etc etc.
So many stories to be told like when DSMs with their 4g63s were the baddest import cars on these NY streets and used to kill everything!
1:14:14 k24, 62/66 or gt3582r turbo, awd. Most honda builds are cut and paste too. Na Fwd is k24/20, sidewinder manifold, sometimes nos etc.
Thing is with Honda's, everyone may have the same ingredients but the recipe don't taste the same. I see what you mean though. Mostly everyone that wants to go turbo wants to use the power on the street, or they just get a K with supporting mods cause it's easy power.
@@D0mSupra same thing with bmw's everyone's combo is different for the real builds. But the bolt ons for easy power like k's the sauce is the same.
I dont knock it at all. It's smart, why not join the winning team. Mad of my boys build hondas.
@@imSchwaggy that's a fact. Just gotta be creative
Gotta rate them boys they talkin real shit
Shoutout big country!
You heard it. The best casting couch lol
Da rocnyc , NoHesi , 1stock , Kaiju interview Incoming 🫵🏽👌🏽🔥
Awesome podcast! Should get Ryan Steven’s from Gwatney Performance Innovation, great tuner and builder
“ what about roll racing ? “
- Shakes head - Gay 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I’m crying moe
Gotta get ROCNYC on here
43:28 the funny thing is the oldheads were the new niggas aswell. There was no videos for the generation before them. When the cameras came out, the old heads to THEM talked down and felt the same.
So now they're doing it to this generation.
not true on so many levels
Your channel is Movin up bro keep puttin in work this shit gone blow
Loving the content but Josh my G u need to pay more attention. U got fellas who about that life in front of you... Pay attention so they aing gotta explain twice.
Love and respect bros 🙏🏾
i totally agree with these guys everybody is doing the same exact shit wish you could see something different rather then bunch of bmw but overall pretty cool podcast one of my favorites
U guys should definitely get reef (not sure of spelling) on the podcast 🔥
white T-shirt a goofball
Just found this channel🤘
Great channel loving the videos keep it up ! Pause !
ya need tyler no boost on here good pod 🔥
GRIMMM FINISH THE ECLIPSE 😭😭😭
ion think i ever watched a 2 hour video on RUclips lol I don't even know these guys fuck it NYC AND CARS
Honestly if i was still hosting runs ... shit I'd pay for a prep team🔥
"Everything started in new york" next minute, we learned from big country in California... you guys should bring on people that have seen different cities and etc. Idk why NY people want to be different so hard man. It's interesting, I'm from California and Street racing started in the 60s here. But I think the texas dude right now are the best...aside that, it's because you guys are younger im just glad people still modify whips.
Love your podcast tho man!
Ole boy was scared AF 😂
How do you decide whether your own question is good or not?
Orlando Florida shuts down highways too
Respect to the OGs of this shit
I like what he did when he say he like Honda now to really see who watching been on the start until now 1:14:16
Tukes: “So um, What about roll racing?” “Chase is a race in roll racing?”
Dude: “Gay”🤣🤣 no hesitation
😂😂
I don’t believe it NY might did two things different but racing is the heart of Texas and everything started in Texas.
w pod ,1s again
Big!
Don't forget about cannonball run .
Nassau expressway. North boundary road. Jfk airport.
Nah I'm liking this podcast. Waiting on my debut lmao 🤣 got alot to say WORD ‼️
People from New York think New York is like the greatest thing ever
Like they’ve never left before 😂
Get Tyler No Boost on pls
The new school is mostly for image as where older style was more for the passion like grim was explaining and the love for the cars aren’t there wit the new bmw/hellcat drivers as where older imports had to b built and figured out yourself in your backyard trial and error.
Need to get aki on the pod.
Bro mad when he starts talking about awd & 4x4 prep.
😅
I think those guys went outside 😂
try that shit out there hesi 💀💀💀😂
At the 52 min mark , man's almost said Suppy
Gotta get 1stock peppa and crew up there
Brooo what car is that on your intro that sounds bonkers
“I have a really good question” proceeds to ask the most useless question
Gotta get the bmw 2jz on
Highways getting shutdown goes as far back as the 70s in NY. street racing goes as far back as men on horses
Looking to interviewing my guy Chrisbuilt CEO Bumsquad racing Og Dsm of the city
Bring on 2fly n his racing donk n blue magic
Thing about hondas are they drive manuals big difference in skill level
28:03 I’m confused if the awd car needs prep which means it’s spinning a lot, so just do a awd burn outs
That’s not easy to do in one spot. There’s nothing to hold the car still
Ok, first off Texas is not know for it's roll racing lol.
The biggest racing in Texas is drag racing specifically 1/8th mile. The big dogs just keep that shit discreet and only invites. The way it should be honestly.
Roll racing got big just because of that and a lot of younger kids made the dig spots hot and they got shut down with speed bumps etc.
just saying, y'all need to get some Tx peeps on your show that actually dig race.
we need 1stock
