Good grease and vents help alot. The reason aftermarket performance axles work so well is the tolerances the bearings and cages are manufactured to. That with some better quality cages and you're set. Track stuff beats up axles because of the heat and the angles. If you're softly sprung and have some long high g load corners, that's going to put the most stress on your joints.
that loose snap ring will give you issues. dss level 0 axle are pretty god with hpde. raxle in gainsville makes the best axle i've used on my integra. 6 yrs of track abuse and zero issues but raxle isnt cheap.
Honestly I think the grease is coming from your inner tie rods. That tear and zip tie on the boot shouldn't be like that. From my experience, unless your CV joints are clicking, the axels should be fine.
Sorry to ask some Stupid question, But I do want swap a K24A2 6MT into my 3nd Gen Fit. Is there any Suggestion? We do have the mounts and Axles for K20 swap. Is that will same working at K24 A2? I'm in China so there has less support , it's possible I need to do it by myself. So just want to have as much information as I can.
Thanks a lot! Please double check online but yes, I do believe I’ve read the 7 inch wheels will accept the 225. That’s the smallest size that they will fit on, yeah.
Did you torque everything down? It's nice to get into he habit of marking all the nuts and bolts you've torqued!! 👍
