Wow! I did this on the full moon but fell asleep right away 🤦🏻♀️because I haven’t been feeling well. So I felt led to do this again today since I absolutely love all of your meditations. And wow. This hit me hard. I had already wrote out everything I was releasing and written out my new story that I desired but doing this with you I sobbed harder than I have in a very long time. I’m not sure how to put into words what to took place during this meditation for me but it was out of this world. I needed this more than I knew and I cannot thank you enough Rachel. The full moon has even passed and for this to have such an effect on me like this and for me to feel such a physical, emotional and mental release like this is so amazing!! Thank you!
