The only "problem" (when you would call it as a problem) is:
The /mir option will also delete files in the backup folder, if they are deleted in the source folder. In that case you can´t go back, when you realize you need a deleted file, and think you have done a robocopy backup a few days ago.
Better you do more than one .cmd file, for having a few steps to go back

I am using the free FreeFileSync software and I am synchronized
lokal-> server, lokal-> cloud synchronization,
local-> ftp.
The program has versions for windows and linux

You can also use the free Dsynchronize - i use it for a couple years now to backup/sync various folders and shares. Has many options and full scheduler.
For local backups I use this command (note my external drive is drive E:) ROBOCOPY C:\foldertobackuppath E:\targetfolderpath /MIR /FFT /R:3 /W:10 /Z

What will happened if there is a file like a word document had some changes in its contents Will the file be copied with the changes again or will it ignore the copy because the old file has the same name?
Nop! Commercial software does not force you to create batch files and configure a task! Plus, this won’t backup your windows system/boot, just your data!
Plenty of commercial backup software that is free and much more easier.
more critical, it does not make versioning. It just clones the source nothing else.

File backup.bat bắt buộc phải đặt ở Ổ C hay đặt ở D or E đều được phải không NETVN ?

in my windows server it just open and close doing nothing

robocopy is a copy utility. not a backup tool. use wbadmin instead. copy != backup.

Why do you have the .BAT or .VBS file extension inside the file at the beginning? The @echo off should suppress the window showing up already. I think the VBS isn't necessarily needed here. Just delete first line of the script (.BAT).
