I have the Red one & it’s exactly what you showed 100% man it’s fun I had a feeling after a few reviews & found it on Amazon ordered it & it came the next day. It’s a nice touch to provide a nice 2s lipo with it & it runs well on it but ya 3s is a wheelie on dam and affair man it’s just a quality fun little ripper.

I got one of these recently it’s ok I guess. Chassis screws like to fall out and all fast Rlarrlo’s could use gyros.I’m luck as well finding whatever has fallen or broken from my RC’s-patience and a lil luck helps.

Rlaarlo’s 1/14 buggy was the car that got me into the hobby. I bought like 3 of them but I always felt they were kind of a cheap quality. So I observed from a distance. In that time they released the brushed 1/14 truggy, the am 12, the Ak and now this. I think I’m becoming a fan boy. Awesome video as always! Congratulations on 10k!!

Well deserved your first 10k subs. You are fun to watch, but also common sense and even wise sometimes. Just can't get better. I will surely think of buying one of these. I got an SCY 16102 but I have been having trouble from the start with that one. Also the suspension is really poor so on a slightly uneven surface it is very hard to control. Thanks to your vids I now know where to look for. Keep up the good 'n fun man!
Nice man!! Really appreciate the kind words 🙏🏻🙏🏻 1/16 are tricky to get handling right with such short wheel bases so you aren't alone. 1/12 and up, they really get more stable. The oil filled shocks make a world of difference 👍
@@disciplinercyeah, oil filled ones will help. I thought of buying a set from ali, but maybe it is better to upgrade the whole to a better car altogether. The esc/reciever has also died on me so that does not give a lot of confidence. Now I know I really really like it, it is sensible to go further. For how 'sensible' this rc stuff is anyhow.... 🙂
I'm honestly shocked that the spare tyre mount didn't snap off.!..
If they can make it so that didn't break with that kind of abuse, then it speaks volumes about the rest of the car's durability.
Right? I did't show it in the and didn't see until I broke it down further, but the mount has a double hinge setup like the front. Really smart design 👌

A 2800mah-3300mah will fit, but check any dimensions of it online before you order to make sure it fits the tray. You can drill extra holes in the chassis and move the brackets around to make it custom sized. Also make sure the C rating it's 50+ to get better punch. Sunpadow and HRB batteries are great value in these sizes 👍
Which 3S battery range do you recommend? Will this decrease the life of the ESC?
2200-2800mah will fit the tray perfectly. It won't harm the ESC, just check it for hot temps. Let it cool if it's too hot to touch👍

There are some aluminum ones that you can find that are for the WLToys 144001 that are direct fit.

What 3s battery are you using ?
It's actually a high burst drone battery that barely fit. I use it for speed running small cars mostly. 3s 2200mah 120/240c
This and the Losi Promoto MX are the best RC purchases i have made this year. For me, i look for really good performing/ durable rc's for a fair price. This might be the best value of the year so far because its 1/12 scale but feels like a 1/10.

This happened on their site before, went to put the order through, then brought me back to the billing address screen. Anyone else have this issue? I wrote to them so I hope I can get into the 500 to get some free parts. Also, the shipping to Canada was FREE, that is awesome. So, I hope to get that sorted as this looks like a great little ripper and the other upgrade parts are such a great deal.
