Great video as always. Hey Ryonet, is love to see a video on how to fully zero out a Riley Hopkins manual 6 x 4 press with micro registration. I feel like each of my heads are off and I can't find the best way to zero it all true to factory specs. Thanks.

For the step wedge calculator he says under 7 is over-exposed. Isn't it under-exposed?

Is it important to use black foam against the film positive? Is white okay?

Slimey emulsion is a common sign for an underexposed screen. Try using an exposure calculator to dial in your times! www.screenprinting.com/products/screen-exposure-calculator-emulsion-step-wedge
