Ojo, no reducirla a brasas o ceniza; si no requemarla ligeramente para que el poro de la madera se selle y no deje entrar la humedad, ya sea por contacto directo con el agua, la lluvia o la ambiental y también evitará que se infeste de termitas u otros insectos. Y este proceso debe hacerse antes de empezar a construir, para que el sellado llegue a todas partes, incluso las que queden ocultas. ¿Acabará pudriéndose? Sí; pero va a durar muchísimo más su vida útil. Años en lugar de meses, con lo cual requerirá mucho menos mantenimiento. Ya lo dije cuando construiste tu primera casa, la segunda y la tercera. ¿Has hecho caso? NO.
