I saw that Spirit is trying out a handful of Christmas stores after Halloween passes. It probably won't be long until Spirit rolls those out nationwide.
Shame that EatWell didn't last long, most definitely was a competitor to Fresh Thyme and Whole Foods. I think one of the main reasons it closed was due to a bad location. Not to mention further down you have a Sam's Club, Walmart, and a Target in the same area.

It’s weird to see this “type” of grocery store close since they be opening these stores like every other day in my county🥲🥲💀😔
Plus the area it’s in, is the same area that’s pissed there isn’t a Whole Foods.
