@@sindhuj2031 Hi! What you are looking for is not exactly Cindy the user but any user that have the Salesforce License. In my case there was a Standard User which used a Salesforce License. Just deactivate any of those accounts and you will be able to create a new user. Hope that helps!
While putting Marketing Email Integration User in profile name it's showing the profile name is already in use though I'm doing it for the first time, what to do?

Hi tanong ko lang po nag create new playground ako then nagpunta ako ng user wala po syang customer profile ang meron lang sya is system administrator,chatter free user, analytics cloud integration user and analytics cloud security user, Ano po kaya pwede gawin para magkaroon ng profile na pwede i deactivating user? thank you po.
Hi sforce, don't worry! need mo lang i- INACTIVE yung ACTIVE USERS para magkaroon ng * User License Profile: Salesforce at Profile : Marketing Email Integration User ayon lang po ang purpose nun. :))
We can't find a user with the 'Marketing Email Integration User' profile and a username that includes 'marketingintegrationuser ????

The Cindy profile is not necessary to complete the challenge. Just skip to the next step of creating the new Marketing Integration User.

kapag di mo INACTIVE yung mga USERS na nasa ACTIVE, Bukod sa name mo, hindi po lilitaw yung LICENSE at Profile
