  • This week runs were Monday cross training I walked, Tuesday I did a 5km easy run with 5 strides at the end and some exercises, Wednesday 8km with 20min tempo run, Thursday easy 5km and 4 strides, Friday was rest day,Saturday ran among the dunes at Mordialloc beach 8km and Sunday long run 10km, this was my cut back week
