Excellent! I’ve been looking for a video like this for a while. Last 2 years I had to rebuild the diaphragms using nothing but the exploded diagram that came with the manual. Lots of helpful tips in this vid 👍🏻
We recommend using Udor's SAE 40W Non Detergent Oil in the pump's crankcase. The part number on our website is 155823. The KAPPA-55 requires 23 oz of lube making. 1 quart is enough for the repair.

How is this pump when bypassing to a metering system for softwash
Hi, we don’t recommend this pump for soft wash applications. We recommend poly manifold and head for maximum corrosion resistance.
