Per some posts below, you *do* have some lyrics wrong. It should go/read: "Hang with The Rats" -- she's referring to the Rat Pack, so in this context "the" and "rats" should be capitalized so as to indicate a group (Sinatra and his crowd), rather than the animals, is being referred to; "Dressed to the nines, with hair to match..."; "...Sally Bowles in A Cabaret..." -- she's referring to the character Sally Bowles from the book/ play/movie "Cabaret", and in this case while it could still be grammatically correct to use lower case for the latter part, the stage/theater reference makes it more contextually correct to write it as "...A Cabaret...". Just saying... ;)
