I can't wait to see the kitties that you're going to foster! Just as you finished the video, our power came back on. We also have rolling blackouts in South Africa for two hours at a time and for three times a day. In our case it's just pure corruption and inefficiency that got us to this point. Our power grid can't handle the demand as it has not been maintained for almost thirty years and the powerstations are old and keeps breaking down. We call it 'loadshedding'. Solar panels and inverters as well as generators are doing booming business over here, but our economy is suffering greatly. The ruling party and our President just declared a state of disaster on our electricity situation.
Russia thought it could bring Ukraine to it's knees by bombing the energy grid and freezing the people out in the middle of the winter. They still don't get it. These kinds of things makes Ukraine stronger and more resilient and makes them look like the monsters they are. 🇺🇦🇿🇦

How is the cultural scene handling, wasnt it huge there before? How is the Russian influence ending in that city. Etc. I feel like after this war I could go and live there for some months (have kids so cant rn), helping out and hopefully witness it flourish again. When I paid attention to this, I thought about it and came to the conclusion that the reason is that although the products are the same, they were grown in different conditions, by different people, and therefore the taste is different even with one recipe.

I live in a nice part of the US, and my house is one mile away from my local gym. If I DARE walk there, and people see me, they will MAJORLY freak out. Often people will ask questions about why I walked, or they will offer a ride and annoyingly insist on giving me a ride home. One time some old man I knew from the gym, and ran into in the parking lot at the local grocery store accused me of being homeless because he saw me walking to the gym the other day. I had to show him my car, get in and start it up, for him to finally believe me and drop the subject!
I dress well when I go to the gym, and I don't look scraggly, so I'm pretty sure that is not it. Nowadays I pretty much feel compelled by society to drive the one mile to the gym rather than use it for extra cardio!

There are a lot of pre-soviet era buildings in our country. The majority of soviet style buildings are apartments because of active policy to make cities huge and industrial ones. “Soviet style architecture” is a phenomenon mainly of 1960s-1980s, it is about governmental policy to make people moving to cities through building huge number of affordable flats in the outskirts, not city centre. There are enough soviet built places in Ukraine, believe me

You should say "guys" a few more times in each video. Just a friendly tip.

Saying “guys” a lot is ok. But saying f**k a lot is offensive and saying “literally” a lot is annoying.

I think the classic Cold War era arrow through the head is a must. And of course the cigarette dangling from his lips. Another 20th cen trope you could put is a "Kilroy Was Here" on the wall in the background. Another thing you could do is put a Soviet style portrait of Karl Marks on the wall in the background. Perhaps use a photo of that portrait as the portrait in the background. Dude, that jet you recorded, had to be a combat jet. Nothing else is flying in Ukraine.

What you did with those chopsticks is considered an insult. You're telling the owner of the ramen shop that they're cheap because they purchase cheap shitty chop sticks. Harrison Ford rubes his chopsticks together in a scene in Blade Runner.
