I am making an ashtray from eco resin. When I tried spray varnish, I had a problem where some sides were shiny and some sides absorbed the varnish and remained matte. Even though I applied multiple layers. Do you have any information about the reason?
Thanks for this video, I have a brush on cement sealer but I was interested in seeing the liquid beeswax as an alternative because it is safe around food. Something for me to look into.
Two months should be enough 😅 I am trying to make a vase and I want to make it completely waterproof. It's really puzzling since I want to apply a coating and make sure it lasts for a very long time. The person to which I'm going to gift it loves flowers and I love that she loves flowers, so I'm determined to find the perfect solution. ❤
Thank you for your video. I did a google search to find out which is the best sealer to use and your video popped up. Jesmonite Australia ran out of sealers and I was trying to find an alternative to the wax I got. Bunnings here I come.
Hi Sherri, thanks for your helpful video, were you using AC100 or AC730? Can you recommend a sealant that will waterproof AC100? I am using a few pieces as soap dishes, so nearly constant moisture. Is there any sealant capable of protecting them?
@@naturallyhandmade It hardly affects the quality of the presentation - which is well thought out and executed very well. Being Welsh I'm used to my accent adding odd vowels in English and I'm not especially enamoured of others criticising me for it.
Super helpful video for a newbie like me, and soooo good you speak in Aussie brands!!! ❤️❤️
Thank you for this test. I know what I will be using on my projects! 😮🎉
Happy to help
Thanks for this video. Been trying to figure out what I can use to seal my items that I can easily get.

Thank you for sharing this video with us 👏
Thanks! I'm making eco resin dice and wanted a good sealant.
Does any of the stony feeling of the actual jesmonite remain after sealing with any of these?

This was very helpful. Many thanks for sharing
Surprised this got so few views and likes, very useful. Thanks
any idea what the US equivalent would be of the spray varnish? 🤔
I have another question about sealing eco resin... should I also seal the bottom of a piece such as a flower pot?
I so so appreciate this video! Thank you so much for sharing with us!

Thank you for the test.. yes it was helpful!
It would have been nice to get a camera shot of them on the table to compare the differences. Holding them up one by one didn't give a clear shot.
Love this video thanks

jes-mo-nite Jesmonite 😊
Sheri is really open about being Nuerodiverse which can sometimes make you pronounce thing’s incorrectly

However spray vanish is not eco friendly
It's JESMONITE.... Not jezamite!
