    Nice job, looks great! About sanding: Wait three or four days for the Acrylic Resin to cure and it will be easy to sand because the moisture will be gone. For edges I just use small sheets of sandpaper and gently sand by hand.

    What is the powdered prose you use in it? Can you tell me the name of cement or something else?

      Acrylic resin or eco resin, more commonly known as Jesmonite. You can also get the pigments from their website

      It’s from a local shop. You need pigment made for acrylic resin

    How do you stop the black from going grey? Or do you just add a heap of black pigment??

    • @CaylinFourie
      @CaylinFourie  Год назад +1

      Hey Christine, I would suggest adding very little black pigment and maybe don’t swirl it around in the liquid?
      I added way too much black and swirled it around too much. You might have to play around with it to get it right

      @@CaylinFourie Thanks for the tip. So frustrating. It's not that I don't like what I ended up with, but even with a tiny bit it didn't look jet black. And I wanted like a pure black one, but it looked more like dark charcoal.
