From a Wall fan, this was a great balanced review. I think this is a great appointment and at a good time. No panic But shrewd given we have nine players ending contracts in the summer and a wealth of young talent coming through. No need to go crazy in the January window and not really a ship to steady. Alex simply needs to take his time over the remainder of the season and change things slowly.
