I have a question mam. From the general flow equation we have a term caled ln(re/rw) where rw is Wellbore radius. So does this mean that if we produce from a 7" casing we will produce more q than when we complete the well in 5 1/2" casing?
Yes, there will be difference, but the difference will be very small, as we have ln(re/rw). By taking logarithm the difference reduced drastically. In addition, re >> rw, so again effect of rw change will be small. You can do calculations assuming some parameters and see the difference.
Thank you very much for your fantastic explanation, wish you all the best
