The Last Illuminati Member Revealed! Dr Strange Multiverse of Madness

We were shown who will be in first place in the empty seat of the Illuminati, which we saw in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Yes, Iron Monger would actually be part of the team, with the same armor he wore in the first movie. The person standing in front of him could be none other than Thor's brother Balder. But, the first draft of the Illuminati was different. As far as we know, apart from these 4 characters, Charles and Mordo were members of the team. Captain Carter and Maria Rambeau are standing next to them. So why did they change the team?
Let me explain.
Considering the existence of Ultron robots and the development of technology in this universe, it would be ridiculous for Iron Monger to play in the movie with his ancient armor. Years have passed since then, and this was just a prototype made back in the day.
Plus, other important characters such as Mr. Fantastic and Black Bolt had to be put into the movie. In fact, the casting selection for Iron Monger and Balder was already finished. Moreover, James Bond's actor was supposed to play as Balder. We don't know who was chosen for Iron Monger. The previous actor Jeff Bridges was busy with "The Old Man" on Disney+. But since both Balder and Iron Monger were cast out of the final draft, it would be wrong to say that the empty seat belongs to Stane. Because the writer of the movie, mentioned that he wanted Tom Cruise for that empty seat, no need to say for which role, but he couldn't come to the movie because of his other projects.
Therefore, even if casting is made for the revenge of the Illuminati in the future, it wouldn't be Obadiah Stane anyways. Because, obviously, he was a bad guy in Iron Man 1. Changing his story for this universe would mess everything up for just a cameo.
The important thing is, at what time does the nexus point of this universe change? Movies are always like that. The initial planned draft is constantly changing, and different things are constantly coming up. In fact, if we had seen Tom Cruise's Superior Iron Man in the movie, everything would have been different. But at that time, our dude already had 3 movies to work on. As a result, the seat was left empty.
