That 1st one was 100% a crash for cash. The speed the passenger got out was unrealistic

They almost always do it in pairs now. The first brakes and zooms off so the second can say they had a valid reason for slamming on the brakes. Of course the second car is filled with people who all get whiplash.

To be fair if the cam drivers had been less ready to slam on the horn and more ready to slam the brakes the crash for cash scum wouldn’t have had any basis for their complaint.
0:22 - They were bloody quick to get out that car. After the impact there's less than 2 seconds before the front passenger door opens. Very well practised without a doubt. Hope the insurance company got to see this video.

Wise Seb the blue audi that got annoyed because someone wouldn't let them push in, then chased the guy down and smashed his windscreen. Really want to know what happened there as I assume he got the police involved and had good footage of it.

The dashcammer in that 100% provoked that situation. there was no need to start twitching out in their path to aggravate them. If he had a problem with their shire driving, a)keep clear so they don't collide and b)report to the police accordingly. Trying to Police their driving himself made him a victim of his own stupidity.

@@lightningpete They were in the wrong lane and decided to just come over. Dashcammer moves into another lane, Audi then cuts up another driver dangerously to start a fight. They could have gone past him when he went right around the roundabout but no. They were carrying something to smash a windscreen. Something tells me this isn't their first road rage and they're are very violent people and shouldn't be on the road.
M C After they move over and follow dashcammer... Dashcammer then starts moving out to stop them nicking past.... he/she provoked that Audi into a road rage scenario.
If I failed to mention in my early post.... I agree the Audi needs dealt with.

Absolutely nothing will happen to the blue audi. The police will just say "we can't find him, so given up". I was hit on my bike by a range rover, he drove off. Got it all on camera... police just went "it was a hire car, the owner of it doesn't know who was driving at the time". I told the police officer it is a criminal offence not to keep records of the vehicles, the vehicle was not registered as stolen and the driver drove off at the scene of an incident.... there's plenty for you to go on.... wasn't having it!

@@akoola7853 Nah... surprisingly that was the other incident when I was assaulted by a chav! So I did... sent him a nice bill for approx £1400 for damages. Got a call from the police officer I dealt with saying I was blackmailing him!! Can't make it up really!

What I don’t get is there is a point where the guy is obviously trying to attack the cammer with the hammer, when he pulls in front of you the last time why stop?
I would have just rammed them, what are they gonna do? Call the police? the way they are acting your in danger and your not going to get done for dangerous driving when your clearly being attacked.
Your probably gonna take damage either way, at least fight back instead of sitting there waiting to be killed.
Best thing you can do is ram the front wheel when he pulls in front, you’ll at least immobilise them so you can call the police or just nudge them out of the way and carry on.

There was little danger of causing harm to others since no one else was in the way, ramming someone out of the way that is attacking you with a hammer isn’t going to look bad on you and will get you out of danger.

With the whole pathetic attempt on camera, I'm sure the innocent party's insurer will investigate it as a crash for cash. It's in their interest not to pay out easily aswell, so they will welcome the footage. For this clip scenario alone we should all have dash cams.

The innocent party's insurer will be very grateful for the footage and will no doubt investigate and find it a crash for cash attempt. Nothing about it seemed genuine after all. This is why dash cams are great for personal protection because the wankers in the bmw will tell a false story about what happened, along with 4 x injury claims and damage.claim.

But the clip with the blue Audi who smashed the window, they need their car setting on fire with them inside unable to get out no other investigation necessary.

The Blue Audi is on false plates it comes back to a Grey A3 Diesel thats an S4 Estate and for the first clip I hope that whiplash was not so sore for the day of pickpocketing in London.
its not a RS3, but a S4 or RS4 not sure which but the rear window is larger than a A3 bodied car.

That's definitely a real S4 Avant, so they've cloned the plates of a different Audi and put them on there, hence their lack of conscience for doing what they do in the video. I'm going to try and follow this up with some form of "what happened after" because I've seen something very similar happen near me recently and after hours of digging I did manage to get them convicted.
9:40 Cam car at fault, bus was slightly ahead on joining roundabout so you should have held back. He is a long vehicle at a small roundabout, what did you expect would happen.
Highway Code Rule 187 - In all cases watch out for and give plenty of room to long vehicles (including those towing trailers). These might have to take a different course or straddle lanes either approaching or on the roundabout because of their length. Watch out for their signals.
I drive an 55ft long articulated lorry and car drivers don't give you any room on roundabouts or small junctions.
Or cyclists. They just don't care. I'd never go side-by-side with a large vehicle on a roundabout unless I know there is room to escape quickly.

The dashcammer is able to see the bus in the left lane and a car merging onto the motorway. He should anticipate that the bus is gonna want to move over to give the merging car room. Unfortunately observation and anticipation are part of driving well especially on the motorway not just bombing down the right lane

you realize that when joining the motorway your meant to treat it as a give way and or adjust your speed to match those already on it not just expect them to move over and cause potential accidents like this could of been. So the bus was at fault for just moving over like he did and the car joining for carrying the speed which he did and expecting the bus to move over. that is just an unwritten rule of the road that we move over to allow them to join isn't law as far as i can see.

Yeah the van was doing the right thing indicating intent for a long enough period of time for others to accommodate their manoeuvre. The silver car that sped up was a tool and definitely at fault, just a shame it may not be seen that way legally. The silver car guy is the reason some people don't indicate and just force their way across these days.

Or sit in an overtaking lane (eg the centre lane) and don't move back to the driving lane which is empty - when they come across something that they want to overtake they won't be let out again so they don't bother to move in.

I would have loved to see the faces of the driver and passengers of the first car when they realised they were being filmed.
If they did that exact thing to me and I had a Dash cam, then I would have allowed them to call the police to the scene, allowed them to explain what happened and about how it was my fault, then when the time is right, pull the rug from underneath their feet and casually tell the police officer that I have the whole incident on camera, the officer sees the footage and sees that it is clearly a scam by those things, they get arrested and as they are getting arrested, I would blow them a kiss and wave them goodbye.
Seeing the faces of the scammers go pale would make the whole ordeal worth it.

You still need to obey the laws of the road. You drive on the left and then you turn when safe to do so
Lucifer Morningstar agreed as I say I weren’t harming owt just turning round to the back of pub. Not classed as use of the public highway seeing as it was less than 5 seconds and as you say was never really on the left so not technically joined the road.

Road rage is about losing your ability to control your emotions behind a wheel.
If someone does something wrong near you on the road 1. Generally you may see they'll do other things wrong as well 2. They may not know how to drive properly. THIS is not a good idea to then place yourself and them in dangerous positions (of pursuit or brake-checking or even tailgating, remember they are either 1. Will do further things wrong 2. They may not know how to drive!)
IF you find yourself as the aggressor or the road rager, then your best option is to take deep breaths, try to calm yourself, back off AWAY from the supposed 'bad driver', and remember that you don't even know the person in the other car, maybe they are 80!
If you have an aggressive road rager around you, then you must remember 1 You are in a car, they are pretty tough, even if an actual other car hits you, in nearly all cases you yourself will be fine (as long as you stay in the car). 2. Obviously try changing paths away from the aggressor, but if they persist (ie they have no control over their emotions). Then calmly drive to a police station, maybe even a hospital emergency zone, maybe even to a military base gate! The point is you are in a car, drive somewhere extra safe.
Its easy to lose control in peak hour(s) and when another car driver does something wrong. You need to teach yourself to back off away and keep calm. You can report them if you feel they are truly unsafe, but cutting you off they probably won't be charged, so just let it go.
Its easy to deal with a road rager, as it happens when you're in your car! Other than the basics (hand signal of sorry all good; or changing your path). Merely DRIVE to a safe place, police stations are not 100's of miles apart! (unless in the country). And in your car you are pretty safe, actually I doubt you'll be touched at all, if you stay in your car. No speeding or going through red lights required.
Oh, the last paragraph made me thing of 1 more issue.
If the other driver is the aggressor road rager AND they are pulling out weapons or smashing into you!! Then you MUST take evasive or attack action yourself. You are legally allowed to run a person over who is trying to kill you (knife,gun that type of thing). IF running them over is your ONLY option. Your car is close to a ton of weight, it is built for you to survive most crashes, think of it as a huge extension of your ability to do things, it drives away faster than you can run, and it attacks stronger than 100 men could do in one punch. A car Vs person, the car wins ;)
I have spent a little bit researching, but can't find anything definitive on what to do in a situation like this, where you have the potential to crush an attacker if that is the only option left to you.
There is a moment in the clip when the passenger very briefly opens the door with the 'hammer' in hand, and my first thought was "accelerate" (perhaps with the condition that the passenger had actually left the car and started advancing towards me). Like you say its arguable this is self defence, but I would like to know for sure. Would this be legal? If so, could you point me to a source or legal precedent?
Hi Everyone, I know there has been a bit of confusion on here about this so I’ve done some research. I can now confirm that the vehicle spotted at 2:39 is a police car. They are very rare these days unless you live in a high murder rate area.

Karl Harris I live in that town and they don’t have a police station cos of lack of business. The odds a police car was even there were hilariously small

However, since then they could have had a bit more trade.

You should move over to let people on, there's only so much slip road. That said, you should also not endanger other drivers doing it.
@@Zulisian your second sentence takes precedence over the first. The line separating a motorway and the slip road is a give way line. It's nice to let people on, but strictly following the rules, you should give way to those already on the motorway. End of. If a car from lane 1 isn't budging to let you on, you can call them whatever you like, but they are still within their rights. As for "there's only so much slip road", apparently this is quite hard for a lot of drivers, but you should adjust your speed accordingly then.

The BMW reg in the first clip is LM58 BLZ. I checked just now, it has not had road tax since 1st May 2018 and no MOT since 7th March 2019. Seems a smidge suspicious to me but make of it what you will.

Normally I give way at give way markings, tends to help in minimising conflict and risk. Maybe the truck could have tried that?

Never do that. They might steal or destroy the camera. Just file a police report for insurance fraud and show the video to your insurance company.
The clip with the bus hitting the pedestrian is what happens when we try to use roads in 2018 originally built for horse and carts and never upgrade them.

New to these types of excellent video's. I believe u can now upload ur dashcam footage to a website where Police can view and if necessary pass on fines etc. Audi driver and passenger need prosecuting. Plus resit driving test.
I had 4 guys try this on me in Edinburgh I'm my landrover kept watching me in the mirror slamming there brakes on when they thought I wasn't looking I tapped the car with my bumper so soft it didn't mark it they jump out shouting and screaming in Romanian jumping about but as soon as they saw blue light they all laid on the floor holding there necks and backs "PITY I CAUGHT IT ALL ON DASHCAM" 🤣😅😅🤣🤣

Across many of the dash cam channels I’ve watched, many comments from some people are asking for details or knowledge of aftermath...some channels just choose not to show the whole scenario, and only the immediate timing clip lol
