- Check out the amazing story of the Husky superfan who spotted a former GP race bike which was being used for wheelies on the streets of a rough housing estate in Birmingham. The bike was rescued, fully restored and then raced by ex-AMA SX and National champ Zach Osborne in the Foxhill VMXDN this year.
We listen to the details of inside this 2002 ex-Carl Nunn machine, the extreme lengths its new owner went to make it perfect then MotoHead's Dave Willet gets an exclusive test on the bike at a grippy,old-school British track.
“Rescued From Street Wheelie Gang” is hilarious
I think one of the most beautiful bikes , I’m going to buy one if I can find one . 👍👍
Recently found 125 and 250 and it’s been the most fun building/riding them I’ve had in years, very under rated bike
Someone call Billy Bolt already!
I had one of those, I would love to have another one! Diehard real husky fan!
Sweet bike, hope Zacho races it again next year..
Cool video….. get the 125 built 💪👍
I have been collecting 02 cr250 for years. I have ridden and tested almost everything y can think of on these bikes. I am bigger 6’3 215 pounds and they fit me well. I a restoring another 02 I found with less than 20 hours on it. You were smart going back to the 2c pipe. The gnarly doesn’t work as well. Alot of gains in the head mods. The bike stock is down on power. Carb, ignition, pipe doma is awesome. Pv spring changes head mods , porting make great improvements on these bikes. They handle great after a lot of suspension work and are fun to ride! This is the first video I have seen on these bikes. Keep them coming
Also we have some more stuff to test so there will be more videos
Yeah the team found the 2C pipe and stock silencer worked best with the works cylinder and head in 2002 we just thought we would try a newer fmf pipe to see if it improved anything we also have slechten, messico and doma pipes we could try but the slechten was the prototype used to make the jig for the 2C pipes but maybe the other two we can try
@@sonniemee-harris9855 I have a doma and a sletchen as well. Kinda same family I believe, you would probably know better than me! Lol. The Doma with stock silencer worked the best in my testing. Using thinner base gasket with squish around 50 works great along with other cylinder porting etc. I am working on lectron and smart carb 2 updates as well! Tmx can be made good with everything changed inside! Thanks looking forward to the updates! Thanks
Yeah Doma is Dominique sledgers slechten and spes was Pierre sledgers, PPS and JSV are also descendants there all mega pipes
Be very interested in the lectron results
@@sonniemee-harris9855 so far more top end with billetron, alittle bottom end as well! Pulls longer with the ability to adjust fuel up top! Thanks
Superb video!
I have the 2001 huskyVarna cr125 I am looking for aftermarket parts where is the good place for them

Armthorpe,is the venue still open?
Does anyone know why did the frount fenders change shapes around this era?
I love this bike 2000
2002 dude
I have the 4t version of this bike , is it possible to swap over to the 2t?
No. Frame is completely different how do you own a motorcycle but don't have that basic level of knowledge 😂
@@nathancrittenden8525 Actually I have since done my own research, thanks for spreading the wrong info out there . Ok for those who DO have this bike , they ARE they same frame and only mounts have to be changed . Also the 450 fits into the 250 frame . Pshh loser 😂
Yes but it will cost ya big bucks
Italiano beauty
12 O’clock Boys 🤣
TripleX movie with Vin Diesel bikes........
That movie forever burned this bike into my mind, the scrub over the barbed wire and ramping over the exploding barn at 5 years old it blew me away!
Man that bike was soooo sluggish at Foxhills
👊 👍😉
ive just swapped my 4 stroke for one of these think im gonna die never had a 2 stroke before only a 4 stroke
I know for fact the Ferracci Huskies from that Era had plenty of power.
I traded a Chinese pitbike for one of these, just need to find a graphics kit!
Street wheelie "gang"? Lol.
You know what the f*** he is talking about
"Bruh ..we aint a gang ..
we a dirt bike club"
just like the bikers say
street wheelie gang 😂
That track was a piece of crap for this level of event and riders.
Don't even argue this. Good night !
useless having the bike when you can't get parts for it
It’s the same for all manufacturers with 20 year old bikes the parts a rare but we still have plenty of spare parts for these huskies and are able to get quite a few still from our contacts we have had to have a few hits made like clutch baskets and bash plates because the works ones just aren’t around
What do you mean rescued from a streetwheelie gang??
I mean..
You know, stolen bikes, only ridden on the streets until they're destroyed, those types
Brought back home where it belongs, ON THE MOTOCROSS TRACK. Wheelie nerds can buy dual sports.
@@jpesicka492 it sure seems like dirtbikes belong anywhere they're physically able to ride if you ask me💯, you seen how good they look doing that shit??😎😂 stop shaming them and you want to know something that even blew my mind they think that it's weird riding in the grass and it's normal to ride on the street they like "why you riding in the grass?" it's opposite of how someone like you would think but it's called two different lifestyles so riding in grass and Tracks is normal for you, but riding on streets is normal for THEM in other words DON'T JUDGE that's super wrong for you to call them a gang there nothing violent about what they're doing you act like they shoot at people while they street ride, chill out. They MOTTO is even "Wheels up, Guns down" so what there doing in a way it is a positive movement you should study this new culture before before showing ignorance sir.
I think he’s talking about those weirdos who buy street bikes to ride on the dirt. Or something like that
