EXACTLY!!! It pisses me off that these mfers like Irving Sherman and Skip that never pay attention to, and don’t give a damn about the Titans don’t understand what’s going on with our team. It was a great decision.
Titans owner is absolutely foolish.. you're team is old and doesn't have much cap space. Titans will never be in the front of the line from any standpoint, so you better take the assets you can receive for Vrabel. Vrabel doesn't need to listen to her or her hand-picked GM to determine his success, why would he put his success in the hands of individuals whom are completely unqualified.
Vrabrel was the only reason that team was even relevant. It was literally Derrick Henry and then a bunch of randoms, in a pass happy league and he was still winning the division with Ryan fkn Tannehill. Give him a good roster.
“When you had a team that was setup with Derrick Henry at running back and every time you come up to stack that line of scrimmage to stop that, you had AJ Brown a beast at wide receiver ah go up and get anything anywhere to make all the mistakes don’t look like mistakes that Ryan Tannehill will make”
The Titans are the baseball version of the Oakland athletics, small budget want to win for nothing and blame the coaches when they are given nothing. If they kept AJ Brown and ran it back the next year they would have been a playoff team. Without Brown they became one dimensional.
“Did you know that in 2019 this guy had the Tennessee Titans in the conference championship game? That was not that long ago and then in 2021 he won COTY”
I wonder if the decision has anything to do with the new stadium being built. No idea what that would be, but seems suspect to to make a big change like this when you've already made a huge change with the cost of a new stadium.
Everyone saying vrabel wasnt the issue hasn't kept a close eye on the titans situation. We are 1 and 9 against division in the last 10 games. We have had 2 below .500 seasons in a row. In a offensive league we have ranked 27th or worse in 3 of the 6 years vrabel has coached. He is a defensive coach with a old school approach to a modern NFL with 5 of the last 6 super bowl winning teams having offensive coaches. Titans need a offensive coach who will bring the most out of Will levis. We have cap space and a top 10 pick. As sad as it is for Vrabel to go, it is time for change at the titans
Not Vrabels fault. How you supposed to have any offense with AJ Brown traded away, Ryan Tannehill as a QB, no O Line, wasted draft picks, just Derrick Henry? The fact we've done as well as we have is all due to him. He's done the most with less
I really don’t know what the Owner and the GM was expecting him to do with Ryan Tannihill. I understand you have Derick Henry but bro Ryan Tannihill has always been a below average quarterback.
Even with Aj guys, the offense was not explosive!!!!!!! We lost to the chiefs, the ravens and then back to back stagnate offense!!! All we had that worked was Henry and he starts to go only after half time! After we lost to Baltimore Mike does a press conference saying “I’m not going no where!” Who talks to their boss like that???
Man…do y’all proper homework. This national story about this is such a travesty is bs. Y’all watching red zone doin analysis. Titans fans know what’s up and he was let go. It was time…based on where Vrabel was. Time will tell.
I was surprised as anyone. But at the same time? I’m not going to pound the table and act like Vrabel is a victim of “The Suits”. Whether or not everything behind closed doors is revealed or not. I don’t think there’s any way Vrabel didn’t contribute to getting the axe l.
Hate to say it but, why is a woman calling shots for a NFL team? She’s the owner, ok. But fall back. Stop trying to be Jerry Jones. This was the dumbest coach firing this season
Trade AJ Brown, draft bust after draft bust, trash QB play, Oline issues, one of the most injured teams for the past few years, now Derrick Henry will be gone, but they get a new stadium just to play like dog sh** in it!
Michael Irvin's right about one thing. If you have a good receiver. Then you should never let him go. Because these guys are hard to come by. And once you find a good one. Then have to keep him no matter what. Pay the man what he's worth. And then show him that he's big man on campus. Doing anything else is succumbing to mediocrity.
The titans need to change and adapt. Mike Vrabel is too defensive minded and stubborn to adapt. We need someone to help us develop Will Levis and try to keep us in the mix with the Pat Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Lamar Jackson, Josh Allen etc.. it was a good move, he is a great coach and I appreciate what he’s done for my team but he doesn’t fit with what we need to do to improve.
The coach wasn't capable of crossing the finish line. It begins and ends with inserting the correct quarterback. The head coach never got that part of it accomplished. He was a failure from the beginning.
I mean, you do use the word "she" when you talk about the titans owner decides to fire vrabes! So, you gotta figure some stuff is gon be off. Amy adams stunk
2022 they were the most banged up team in the league and they also traded away Brown. This year's team lacked talent, that isn't his fault. I have confidence in Vrabel no matter where he goes. He is a winner.
Bad coaching staff hires and refused to adjust his offensive philosophy. The team was not disciplined at all this year. And again, they gave him options to move forward and he wasn't with it, so he gone. That's it
It was time for Vrabel to go. Two years of loosing record. He made some terrible hiring decisions for assistant coaching. The NFL is a scoring offensive league now and his offensive rankings has been terrible for most of his years at the Titans. His style of football is played offensively is played out. He was mediocre at best and his stats and rankings in meaningful categories prove it.
I don't know what games Michael was watching the Titans definitely looked in unprepared in games defense was soft oline was trash and secondary struggled for years he was to loyal to a coaching staff that couldn't adjust
Ever since Titan came to my hometown Nashville Tennessee they were not good at all specially when Steve McNair got killed they went on down hill even farther everybody in Tennessee was so glad this coach hardly won nothing six seasons and he hadn't showed nothing people were fed up with it people were quit going to the games games
the one who needs to be fired is Bil Belichick,,those who claim he is the best coach of all time are delusional. He benched one of his best players at that superbowl against the eagles,he was trying to get rid of Brady a long time ago, all patriots fans should have kicked him out of there by now 😂

@@drewsherfinski5678 sure they have a 100 mill in cap space 😂.. even if they did no one of elite level is taking it..
He’s a Charger bet!! Him and Justin Herbert is gonna be 🔥
Vrabrel was the only reason that team was even relevant. It was literally Derrick Henry and then a bunch of randoms, in a pass happy league and he was still winning the division with Ryan fkn Tannehill. Give him a good roster.
Yep it was a dumb move
“When you had a team that was setup with Derrick Henry at running back and every time you come up to stack that line of scrimmage to stop that, you had AJ Brown a beast at wide receiver ah go up and get anything anywhere to make all the mistakes don’t look like mistakes that Ryan Tannehill will make”
Vrabel is something special for 6 years he didn’t have a QB and still did the best he could with what he had.
The Titans are the baseball version of the Oakland athletics, small budget want to win for nothing and blame the coaches when they are given nothing. If they kept AJ Brown and ran it back the next year they would have been a playoff team. Without Brown they became one dimensional.
Patriots have top 3 pick and top 3 in cap space tf they talking about worse opening coaching job clowns
Come to the Seahawks
Irvin needs to go
“Did you know that in 2019 this guy had the Tennessee Titans in the conference championship game? That was not that long ago and then in 2021 he won COTY”
I hope the Chargers can take advantage of the Titans malpractice. Get Justin Herbert a proper head coach
You are not smart
I wonder if the decision has anything to do with the new stadium being built. No idea what that would be, but seems suspect to to make a big change like this when you've already made a huge change with the cost of a new stadium.
Several failed post seasons and two losing seasons----what has he done that is so great?
Exactly. Idk why everyone is so shocked. He hasn’t accomplished anything.
Lmfaoo have you seen his team
That the titans are worst off and dogwater. You give the man spam and told him to make chicken noodle soup. What you expect the outcome to be bud
If McCarthy doesn't do much more than an NFC championship... Vrabel should be 1st candidate for Dallas
I agree
🎯🎯🎯🎯
And this is why I think you’re a paid bot trying to defend the owner. Look at what other defensive coach do, pretty good I would say
@@randyho8315 and where has that got us? 2 losing seasons in a row 😅
There's Way Too Many Jobs That Are Open Right Now, Mike Vrabel Is Not Going To New England Patriots
This is why NFL national media need to stop reporting on small market teams because they obviously don’t know anything or don’t care.
Won’t see a playoff for next 8 years but yeah good stuff
@@JosephLane-e1s better than 9 years because you waited and decided to give Vrabel another year before figuring out he isn’t the guy
Will Levis will never be one of those guys
@@clownkilla7003 yeah, right. Cause pat mahomes and Josh Allen, and Joe burrow were absolute killers in their first year. 🙄
You give the Commanders too much credit😂😂 even on the off chance we actually make a smart decision, someone will get injured or something. Skins curse
Concerning Amy Adams Strunk: Women know about leather shoes not footballs.
Horrific decision. Vrabel is an amazing coach. Whomever gets him will immediately improve.
Ohio State Football !!!!!!
the one who needs to be fired is Bil Belichick,,those who claim he is the best coach of all time are delusional. He benched one of his best players at that superbowl against the eagles,he was trying to get rid of Brady a long time ago, all patriots fans should have kicked him out of there by now 😂
Brown came out and said the reason he left was because Mike.
As a Titans fan i am glad we fired him. I wish him all the luck but the chemistry between coach and team wasn't there..
Strunk did Vrabel a massive favour, he's better off without Tennessee.
So, she wants a yes man
They gotta get rid of Skip leave Mike and Richard run the show.
Falcons can jump on it they have everything just a QBmy guess is he could give them a try o look atleast
Couldn't have worked out better for new england, next coach for a decade...
This is what happens when you get rich people who don't know anything about sports.
Amy has no idea what she’s doing and should sell the team. She got a lucky inheritance and needs to give it up
Tell me you don’t pay attention to the Titans without telling me you don’t pay attention to the Titans
Man the raiders should get him he’s great for the culture but the management sucks
Another bad, meddling owner makes another bad decision.
I hope he doesn't go to the patriots. That team needs to much to be good again. I want to see him go somewhere that is close to being good or great.
as soon as he decided Tannehill was their franchise QB he was doomed
Don't forget Byard, and Tart got traded out from under him too.
Please...get him to be head coach for Carolina
The media don’t watch titan games often and it shows.
