This is like somebody ripped audio right from one of my dreams. Sometimes I'll have these eerie, melancholy but not entirely "bad" dreams that seem to involve meandering in a familiar-yet-foreign environment with a kind of "indiscernible atmosphere" and I'll hear stuff just like this. There's hints of melody and a "mood" but you can't seem to make out what it's meant to portray, other than a mysterious aura of sadness.
