The only ones that could sing were Nicole and Melody. Carmit was good for harmonies. Ashley, Kimberly and Jessica were great dancers but they couldn't sing (their performances are actually 100% lip-sync here).

I thought Ashley’s mic was off too, but if you listen to her line in Beep with the volume up, you can hear the echo of your singing, particularly the “oww” at the end. I don’t think her mic feed was going into this video stream but I assume they heard her in the arena
I love PCD but let's be honest, EVERYTHING is wrong about that show. Why it is so damn dark? Ashley's mic was not working the entire show, wich it was trully disrespectful, Melody can sing but she's always out of tune and Nicole fucked up the best part of the bridge in When I Grow Up. This is just so confusing!

Most adjustments were made during the second night of the tour. The mic levels weren’t levelled out until the second date of the 02 arena (which was rumoured to be professionally filmed).

That a micro does not work can be for many reasons, even in those microphones the stack, that does not mean it is play back, because you can fix and change the microphone, for me the music if it was but ... the talent is of them, not music.
