- "Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart." Hebrews 12:2-3
In this Video, Josiah and I DIY some sweet brackets to mount the SC14 supercharger to the 2zz engine in my MR2 Spyder. Stay tuned for more custom design and fabrication for this build!

Oh! I use CAD all the time… ‘Cardboard Aided Design’ haha!
You’ve definitely got us on the edge of our seats with all these videos 😎 keep up the creativity man!
As always, appreciate you following along Brayden! And thank you for the kind words! Someday you'll have to stop by and help do some wrenching!
FYI if you want an easier way to bring those into CAD, you can scan them on a regular scanner (think kinkos or inkjet printer) with a coin or a ruler for scale. Then you can import the image into Fusion360 and scale it based on your object that you want to scale from. Then it's a matter of tracing the lines and creating the holes.
We had the same exact idea except my home scanner was not working correctly... :( I made due with what I had! Appreciate the comment though and thanks for watching! :)
excelente, quiero instalar un sc14 en mi 3sge Beams y me sirve mucho tu video.
Did you install the rx8 side skirt with DS tape on the lower rocker panel ?
I did use some double sided tape along the rocker panel, but I would say that the screws I used are what is mainly holding up the side skirt. The double sided tape isn't really doing much if I am being honest, just because the side skirts are so heavy
@@gastancehouse yea. One bad thing about these KBD skirts. I was thinking about drilling some holes into the lower rocker panel like where the Mazdaspeed skirts fit. And then gluing in some plastic pop rivets into the KbD skirt and gluing them in place
🤯
Keep doin ur thing man. Cool as shit making ur own parts to make stuff work. I always do myself too.
Really appreciate that Brandon!! That's the best way to do it!!!
I just bought one for my gutless 3.4 v6 in my 94 Firebird with 240k miles haha. I have a LS 5.3 built but this looks too cheap and fun not to try! haha
hope you will make some kits for sell in the end :)
That is the plan! Once I can prove that it all works, I will try to make an affordable kit!! Thanks for following along!
@@gastancehouse great news waiting ;)
What front lip is that?

@@gastancehouse 😂 didn't think you literally meant garage door lip. Love the work on the RX8. I also have an RX8 with an LS (LY6) and an AR5 transmission.
Heck yeah dude!!! Post that thing on the RUclips, I would love to see it!
Post the link to the file for the bracket and I'll take some bolts off of you haha
This is great stuff mate, if I had space and money for cars and machinery I'd be fabricating parts all day too 🫡
Appreciate it! I have been blessed with the time, energy, space, and resources, so I am trying to take advantage of it! Hopefully someday you will be able to do the same!
