I'm American but live in the UK. Prices back home have simply just gone way out of control. A decade ago there was very little between the US and UK in terms of grocery prices. I recently went over to see family/friends in California and I was stunned at just how stupid the price of everything has got!

I live in Florida and shop at Publix. It’s like highway robbery! Prices are insane. Can’t wait to get to London in a few weeks and shop for less expensive groceries at the Whole Foods!
I'm from NZ but I lived in London for a year when I was 20. I love watching your videos and reminiscing on all the shopping. I used to spend my days off just looking around shops like you do and not buying anything because I had no money. There is just so much variety and the department stores are wonderful 😍
Love your channel Hannah. I’ve been raving about your Afternoon Tea videos so much that my daughter-in-law is taking me and her mom to Tea for Mother’s Day! I’m so excited! 🇺🇸
Im in Melbourne Australia and have started obsessing over your High teas. Did a canvas this weekend of all my friends and family to book up a whole series leading up to Christmas.
I am going to have to incorporate "lazy cheese" into something this weekend. Have a Whole Foods near my office and the London one puts this one to shame.
Hannah, I totally understand why you purchase prepared food for yourself. Cooking for one is not a joy all the time, your probably saving money on groceries as buying all the ingredients would be more expensive and wasteful. I was really impressed by the quality/flavour of the prepared foods in the supermarkets in the UK. 🇨🇦❤️

I love to cook, but many people don't and I don't think we should judge those who don't. People should just stay in their own lane. You do you. I found your video extremely interesting. Despite visiting the UK more than a few times, I didn't spend time in the stores you take us to, so I totally enjoy it. Thank you for taking us, it's much appreciated!
I love cooking and baking as well. However when I cook I tend to make to much and since I live alone I end up giving a lot to my friends, LOL. I also make my own pasta.
😂 I wish Wholefoods wasn't that expensive anymore. A loaf of sourdough bread was about £7 the other day when I went in. Jacuzzi is pretty nice. I was one of those who mentioned in a previous vlog that I used to work in that Art Deco building when it was a department store called Barkers: that cordoned off staircase on the right was the way up to the fashion department on the first floor.
I don't know what crawled up other people's butts, cause you mentioned unkind comments, but I just wanted to hop on here and tell you that your vlogs are my favorite part of the week, and your personality is lovely, and you look absolutely gorgeous, so ignore anything that tries to put a dampener on your spirits. Who cares if you buy ready made food Hannah! It’s convenient and no judgement here!!! I would do it every day if I could… I am done cooking at my age 😊Thank you for another great video ❤
Another great vlog Hannah. I live by myself and it’s cheaper to buy pre packed foods than cook. The price of living in Australia is through the roof! Also love the streets of London very pretty!😍😍😍
I enjoyed looking at the Wholefood Shop. I can never get over the amazing choice of different foods that are available in England and the flowers are stunning. I wouldn't feel guilty about buying ready-made meals because I hate cooking.
Thx Hannah for another tour of Whole Foods (Paycheck) in London! I love your opinions re all the cheese options....shredded, cubed, slices.....all lazy! Also how some cheese items looked like they should be thrown away....too funny! As always Hannah, your vlogs are a bright spot in my week! Have a nice weekend Hannah, & I look forward to watching next week's vlog with a possible "Coronation" theme!
Honestly, you had me at Zara Home! Love Zara and H&M, and this one was so well presented 👏 also, Wholefoods!! I've never been in one but it looks amazing. But given my absolute thrity-ness, I'll settle for Tesco Hot cross buns for £1.15😂. Thanks for this lovely. 🎉⭐ Best vlogger#2023!
Oh wow, I didn't know that there was a WHOLE FOODS over in the UK!!!! I have just subscribed to your channel. Thank you for sharing this awesome video. Peace and blessings to you and yours, ❤🙏.
That was not a bad haul with regards to cost because it looked like good quality food. I don't mind spending a bit extra for the quality. I don't have kids so I think obviously the bigger the family the bigger the cost. The meat section looked so yummy and the cheese omg I could move in there, it looks delicious. If you compare certain foods obviously WF would be pricey to some people, its not targeted at the Lidl/Aldi customer. One thing that has increased all over is vegan/vegetarian foods, which some looks delicious but studies show its not always healthy and ultra processed. Great video as usual Hannah!
I'm excited about the Coronation. I maybe the only one here in your comments, I just can't wait to witness and live through our historical event! Even my young grandchildren are excited about the Coronation.
I like this store, its full of interesting foodstuff. Im starved of inspiration where i live. Its expensive though, for sure. I have no complaints about lazy food. And its great when you live on your own. Its easy to mix and match. It would be worth it to get something different. Great video!!
All of your videos are captivating, but your food market videos are absolutely mesmerizing. Additionally, I love your camera and editing talents. That new DJI Osmo is superb...but all of your vlogs--going back to the iPhone 11--are pretty much perfect.
“Who is buying that much Diffuser?” Hahaha. Hannah you are the best ! We love you in South Florida Delray Beach.! Take a vacation and I’ll show you around Atlantic Ave.. you could do a wonderful video blog here.👍
Good for you for not drinking wine all year - I too have gone since January 1st without wine. Not that I'm saying no in the future - I love a glass of red...but I feel so much better now and just want to see how long I can keep it up. Love your videos! Thanks for showing us London.
Very late to your videos but enjoying your refreshing and honest style. You go to my favourite parts of London which I try to visit once a year. I haven't seen the Wholefoods shop in London but I've been to the ones in New York and love the concept. I hope they come up to the North. I'd practically live in it, certainly shop there daily.
The madeleine's, fresh berries and hot food section was excellent at this Whole Foods, and visiting from Norway my sister and I thought the prices were quite reasonable and the variety was excellent. Food prices in Norway are crazy and choice is limited for anyone coming from rest of Europe😂.
I popped into the wholefoods in Kensington a few years ago when we were visiting London, just wanting to grab some lunch on the go. They had some lovely stuff but couldn't honestly believe how expensive some of it was! I mean it's fine if you're just getting a few yummy things isn't it but made me wonder if anyone does a bigger weekly shop there.
Oh this is so wholesome 😅. It really is. I’ve mentioned before when you went to Harrods love your content. Would like to come here when I visit London 😊
I didnt know we had whole foods in the UK until i started watching your channel, i may find my closest market on my next trip into london, im a regular M&S grocery shopper, so it will be interesting to see how the food differs at Whole foods, quality/taste and price.
Love your "Cheap/NOT cheap" take in this video!😊 Mind you, the way prices are going up everywhere else, they don't seem so outlandish these days! I miss Zara Home too. They had lovely bedding and always had tableware made of shells, and abalone. My nearest one closed some years ago. Anyway as always, your video brought a smile to my face. Thanks, Hannah!

I am right there with you. I cooked for years when my Kids were growing up. I don't want to cook anymore and love the Convenient food section I like to call it :-)
Love these videos. I spied some luscious looking big ox tails in that meat section. They are relatively expensive in Australia now. Used to be so cheap years ago.
I've never been in a Whole Foods! So this video was interesting for me. Love the cycling montage at the end. Would love to see more cycling. Thanks, Hannah, your tours are always fun!
Whole Foods is expensive for a reason and I don’t ever hear it mentioned when talking about their prices. The standards for ingredients in products they sell is very strict, they have hundreds of banned ingredients. They source more sustainable meat, seafood, and produce. There is a bigger focus on local products/companies and sometimes they actually invest in those companies. They have a lot of elevated options but their 365 brand isn’t much more expensive if at all. It’s probably not as big of a deal in the UK but I honestly feel a lot better about the food I buy at Whole Foods than at a regular store. The price is worth the peace of mind in my opinion.
I thoroughly enjoy your chitter-chatter to us while you shop all over the place 😂❤ Particularly when you show us around Harrods, Selfridges, Variety etc
I so enjoy your vlogs, Hannah. Interesting to see many of the same things on offer here in the U.S. based Whole Foods, like that Chantilly cake. I just booked my flight for July to visit London. So glad to finally be coming back! In the meantime I'll keep watching your vlogs to build my excitement. Happy Friday!
Wow Hannah! Prices for food in London are so much cheaper than in my area in SE Pennsylvania. Prices are ridiculous here. That lemon drizzle pound cake would be $11.00 in my grocery store. They are definitely price gouging. Totally stinks. But, London is so gorgeous in the spring. Love the architecture. Just gorgeous. Thanks for the tour. Enjoyed it immensely. 🌷🌷🌷
Hannah, nicely done as always. I wish our Whole Foods was as well stocked as yours. Since Amazon took it over the quality doesn't seem to be there. Anyway, keep up the good work and I look forward to next weeks vlog.
Whilst visiting London last summer (from the U. S. ) I poked my head in there out of curiosity when travailing Kensington high street. I’ll take M&S food hall above this gladly. Thank you for the food shopping, it was delightful, I bought some stilton with blueberry for my husband, he loves bleu cheese, so he should like it, enjoyed your reaction to the smell of the cheese section😂.
Hello Hannah from Northamptonshire but am Londoner born and bred and really love your videos. Those strawberries you bought Driscolls is the brand sold in American stores. I am an OAP and love Aldi and Lidl too they fit my purse lol. You will definitely need a good pay cheque to shop at Bicester Village went once and saw a lovely suit in a sale and then realised that each piece was £500 nearly fainted lol. Know how hard you work making these videos and wanted to say Thank You so much and your Christmas Vlogs awake such memories for me ❤
There was a Whole Foods near to where I worked in Picadilly and use to go occassionally for a special treat but always preferred Fortums or Selfridges food halls.
We don’t have Whole Foods here in Australia so I found your video really interesting love how you show the prices and you laugh with cheeses, I loved the cycling bit too, thanks for us with you 👏🏼👏🏼🙏🙏
Hello Hannah and greetings from across the pond. Excellent video with superb production values. What a haul. That ready made salad looks absolutely delicious - and so do all those items in that salad bar, and of course all those exotic cheeses. Thanks so much for providing an update as to the best items to shop for at Whole Foods this Spring in London. 👍🌹
Thank you hannah for another Excellent video thank you for showing different styles of different shops Looking forward to the next one Love from Dublin🇮🇪❤️
I saw your issue with the GoPro on the bike. Here's an inexpensive solution. Get a round cabinet knob with a large base and the bolt long enough to span the width of the square plate on the bike. Add a washer to the bolt. The washer needs to be large enough to allow the knob and washer to tighten on the plate when the bolt is tightened. Sorry, I can't post a photo. Attach the GoPRo adapter onto the knob. I know this gets more elaborate, but if you cut the head off of the bold and attach a wingnut, it will eliminate the issue of carrying a screw driver with you. It's simplistic and small, and until they come out with a $100 one, it should work. Keep up the good work. Your videos are entertaining, especially the snark :) Cheers from Canada.
When I go into Whole Foods Hannah just to have a look,I end up spending more than wss intended but I don'e care as it's all so good particularly the Cheese and Wine section and not forgetting the Chocolate of course.Wonderful video as usual!!!
Hi Hannah! I just want to thank you for all the inspiration. I was in London all last week, just happily wandering around all the spots you’ve been showing us, having the best time - even though the weather was cold and drizzly. I had to come back to Canada to warm up lol! Although this last Saturday was just starting to get nice - and there were tons of kids in the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain to prove it! Anyway, thank you. I would have loved to take you for a drink - but I’ll settle for leaving you a gift card next time I’m in London, because there will be a next time. You just let me know the place, and I’m happy to leave you a treat. Anyway, just want to give you a heads up about goats cheese in ash - it is flippin delicious! Really, if you love goats cheese, give it a try. There are some salty ones out there, but don’t let that stop you. It really is delicious.
Love the cycling footage. These prices are still not bad compared to Australia and you have so much choice. I actually love that you have all those preprepped options.
bloody hell, the prices oh my God how can any average common person afford that? thanks Hannah for the amazing recording.

I've been catching up watching some of your older videos as well. Great job! Thanks for sharing a peek into living your life in London ❤
Really enjoyed this, thank you! Would’ve loved to see what was at Bicester Village, enjoying your content ❤

It was 19 degrees here today in pert, Australia and we were all freezing 😃
Know how hard you work making these videos and wanted to say Thank You so much and your Christmas Vlogs awake such memories for me ❤
I love your channel Hannah, it'a so helpful because I'm thinking about moving to England. I'm from Serbia. 👍

The Berry Chantilly Cake from Whole Foods is WORTH IT! A lovely celebration cake.
There was a Whole Foods near to where I worked in Picadilly and use to go occassionally for a special treat but always preferred Fortums or Selfridges food halls.
Hi Hannah! I very much enjoyed the bike footage. Please do more of that. Show us London in the spring! 🌞🌷🪻🌻
Hello Hannah the London tea bus looks fun! Blessings and happy thoughts! ❤🎉❤
Love your channel!
Whole Foods is so expensive but definitely the largest one I’ve ever seen in the uk!! Thanks for sharing!😅
We don’t have Whole Foods here in Australia so I found your video really interesting love how you show the prices and you laugh with cheeses, I loved the cycling bit too, thanks for us with you 👏🏼👏🏼🙏🙏
The Chantilly Berry Cake is 🙌🏻🙌🏻 an absolute must! In the US, they have single servings as well for that cake craving.

L'Orangeraie is my favourite rose and it's not too pricey like Whispering Angel! Would highly recommend!
Love your page - it always picks me up! I used to live in Maida Vale, so love it there. Just fab.x
Hi Hannah. Thank you for another wonderful Vlog. Cheers. x
Love you're videos. I'm in Scotland and haven't been to England for year's. 😊
When I go into Whole Foods Hannah just to have a look,I end up spending more than wss intended but I don'e care as it's all so good particularly the Cheese and Wine section and not forgetting the Chocolate of course.Wonderful video as usual!!!
Many years ago I used to work at the Royal Garden Hotel and bought my first briefcase from what was then Barkers..
When you will do a lidl or asda review ? Im looking forward for those shops. Those are my favourite, along primark 🙃🙃🙃
done them! but not many enjoyed seeing them..
Glad you had a good trip, no gifts needed!!
Enjoyed watching you as always Hannah, my god those prices 😮. Have a lovely bank holiday x
Love the cycling footage. These prices are still not bad compared to Australia and you have so much choice. I actually love that you have all those preprepped options.
