You can also call a taxi service and request it similarly to an Uber. Its a hard decision, but i don’t think taxis count as public transport because you don’t take the transport with the public. If you get in a taxi its just you and whoever youre with, vs a bus or whatever youre likely to be on the bus with other members of the public, so the fact that you can’t be transported with other members of the public (and yeah, tacis don’t have set route and only have somewhat set fares) tells me its not exactly public transport, but theres a real argument
