Sis watch Dr. Myles Munroe the power and purpose of prayer, buy his book and you will be praying every minute when you get to understand what prayer is. You see a random person, the Holy Spirit prompts you to pray for them. You get good news you are on your knees thanking God before you tell anyone else. Girl! it is a beautiful life I tell you. I hope this quote helps too "Without God man cannot, without man God will not"

I want to end up just like you, or even better lol. I want to preach, walk in my fullest potential, reach out to girls like me whether younger or older, inspire, and do the Lord's work period. The palpability and vulnerability of this candid conversation is so necessary. Love to see my first 1st Lady when I moved to SoCal shining a light on this unspoken, often swept-under-the-rug, plight of preacher's kids behind-the-scenes. We have overcome an overwhelming amount of trauma, trials, church hurt, rejection, naiveté and tribulation to rise to the call of God on our lives and flow deeper in Yahweh's anointing when we surrender to his process and choose healing over hurt. Jesus, self-awareness/accountability, and therapy go hand-in-hand. There is so much power in the cross/blood ofJesus, transparency and testimony - "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death." (Revelation 12:11)

I am older than SJR, and I wholeheartedly believe she is my spiritual mother. Hearing this may give her pause! You you said it, your being who you are is what ministers to me and I believe is the reason God can truly use you as his hands and voice in this earth. It’s because you are not consumed with being a particular person, you are who you are you love who you are and who God created you to be and leaving the pretenses makes room for God to use you to remind us that we (and W.E.) are fearfully and wonderfully made and HE loves us just the way we are and He loves reminding us that we are whole and loved

Thank you so much for always sharing your testimony. This interview unlocked something for me. I have been in therapy a few months and praying because I still feel a block in my relationshipwith God...I never considered trauma work or addressing my teenage self and where I left her. I became a mom at 16.
