The LEZ is the larger area covering most of London and ULEZ currently is the congestion charging zone but will be expanded up to but not including the North and South circular later this year. The map for today is on the TfL website (under More -> Driving -> Low Emission Zone -> Where and when (use the zone button on the map to toggle the LEZ and ULEZ layers). There is a number plate checker there too. Relevant to you is that LEZ standards for HGVs are now the same as ULEZ since March 1st (actually since October last year but enforcement was delayed to March 1st 2021). This means you will need to pay £100 to drive a vehicle out of your yard (since your yard is in the LEZ) if they don't meet the latest requirements. You also now need Direct Vision Standard permits.

The LEZ zone covers Greater London, anything inside M25, and as of 1st March they changed the emissions standards to meet the pretty much the ULEZ euro 6 etc. That’s how I understood it anyway. TFL haven’t got a clue if you ring them so google tougher emissions for LEZ. Hope that helps. Love the weekly posts BTW
