The reason why people might feel they got stuck and can't get the fluency they want is because they don't train their passive vocabulary repertoire. People tend to forget new words and phrases as the time goes by , And this happens because they don't avail themselves of the opportunity to use new vocab when feasible. Yes! They probably know a lot words and phrases, but they only belong to their passive vocabulary repertoire. Let me cite an example. Most people when they have to describe a scenario where a woman jumped out of fear because a rat passed by her feet, people would usually describe that situation by saying this. She jumped out of fear as the rat ran past. They will always use run in this case even though they know other alternatives. That's why you have to practice and try to describe this kind of situations in a most advanced way. She held her breath as the rat scuttled past. Try always to use the advanced forms of the verbs. So those words will become part of your active vocabulary. This can also be a problem for comprehension purposes. I appreciate if you give us a thumb up and help us by subscribing to our channel. There's no rule for that. It's up to the recruiter, for the most part they normally ask from 4 up to 6 questions. It could vary though.
