My fav Kelly Clarkson song is a touch depressing, but it’s “Because of You”. I had a difficult relationship with my dad, and that song meant a lot to me. And the astonishing part of the healing power of music is that my dad heard it on the radio once and was totally into it, too. ❤️
She is so real and smart. She has such a beautiful soul that it's hard to put into words. And her new album totally deserves a Grammy.

This was an excellent talk! I love Kelly and I’m a huge fan of her music, talent, musicianship and ability to be so unapologetically real. I’ve never heard of this podcast before but I really like how you 3 kept this chat at the same level of honesty and loved the discussion of the evolution of life, looking back to the child. Hearing Kelly process everything she went through with her music career and the fire and the divorce and her children, was all so beautifully done.
