I always thought that crown was way too big, but having tried one recently I was pleasantly surprised. IWC make fantastic tool watches - if I could get hold of the "Le Petit Prince" or "Antoine de Saint Exupery" editions in gold, I'd definitely jump at it.
The 52000 movements are not precise. My Big Pilot Bronze is more than 30 secs faster per day. I owned a Big Pilot Las Vegas that also failed precision. Beautiful but not precise watches

I love their new green Portugieser. Make that in yellow gold and with gold-matched dial printing and I’d be all over that!
Most of the critical comments come from individuals that are too small to wear it, therefore would rather talk shit about it lol
Beautiful watch, IWC is one of my favorite watchmakers with their man sized watches.
A cowboy would be able to lasso himself on that crown.😋
I'd be curious to know how much this watch weighs. I wonder if it weighs as much as a Rolex sports watch with the bracelet.
It’s heavy and therefore uncomfortable. Never got used to the weight. Sold mine for that reason.
I feel like looking at the crown too hard would break it.
Lol that crown is a huge nope!
Yeah what cruel joke is this haha
Wtf that is litteraly the models identity , what are you on about haha
You clearly don't know the reason for it or the historical accuracy of having a big crown on a pilot watch
@@MultiGoodguy13 You go Neils!👍
Yeah no wonder no one wear this eyesore. You boys enjoy the "identify" of this joke watch :)

My 5021-19 is pretty accurate, to within +5sec/day
I've had 2 of them also, very very nice watches but fail in the accuracy department for watches with 7 days PR... Seiko is far better. 😅
@@gilbertchua7467 Panerai also offers a very accurate and reliable 8 day movement
