Always LOVE any of your skin & beauty videos. I ❤ the No 7 masks...they have the same ear straps, they ABSOLUTELY do make a temporary visible difference in areas like tightening the neck, tightening marionette lines etc. I higly recommend trying them. In Canada I get them at SDM in the US - Target :)

For teeth whitening, use peroxide and baking soda, use a small amount of baking soda with your flouride free toothpaste, swish with peroxide 3 x a day. This gave me the whitest teeth of my life for my wedding 15 years ago. My husband has used this method his entire adult life, hes 63, he has great teeth, no wearing of the enamel etc which many will warn about if you use this method. You only need a tiny amount of baking soda added to your non flouride toothpaste, this helps with not doing any damage to the tooth enamel. Using a straw to drink your coffee will help but who wants to drink hot coffee thru a straw? Lol, not me :)

My parenst do this for years like back in days people had no toothpaste and my grandma said they use baking soda also with a little salt I think 🤔 never problem with their teeth 😀

For teeth whiting I followed a natural recipe from RUclips and the results were amazing. Turmeric powder, coconut oil, and toothpaste mixture. Does not go bad, can be stored in bathroom.
