Very interesting! I've listened to J-rock/J-metal and this Chinese metal has some of these elements in the singing. However, this band is much better with the combination of singing and grunts. At first it reminded of Moonspell but then heard the singing and really loved it. Much better than the melodic black and death stuff in the more mainstream stuff.
In chinese history theres was a dynasty named "Ming" and they had a type of heavyly armored cavalry, which was named after the 浮屠 or pagoda, because they were as formidable as the pagdoas themself, therefore the name is more like "Iron Cavalry" not Iron Pagoda
@VosotrosEterno yeah they were doing it first, and the masters are the ones who truly *own* Metal, yet this is *today* and I guess if people weren't trying to play metal these days, then we would all still be listening to the Masters and never anything new.. That would get very old after a while. They are merely expressing their talent and their love for the art of music, just like the Masters did.. We need new talent and expression to evolve with the people and the worlds evolution..

Couldn't agree more with you,besides taiwanese people also speak chinese . But having talked with chinese people they don't consider taiwanese as chinese .Anyway I like them both

Both countries have the same history till 1950, Both countries are "China" just one of it is the communist one - People's Republic of China, and Taiwan is the nationalistic. Some people think both have nothing in common just because the name is different. Both the people in China and Taiwan are Han ! Its the same with Korea - there arent north korean people, and south korean people. 1 people 2 political believes....
