Hey, I'm a producer from Denmark. I love your videos they are so good to watch when I need inspiration for a song. In my opinion the idea you had at 11:45 for the drop worked really well. I think keeping it simple like that is super cool. Maybe you could try to play around with doing more choppy/LFO vocals, like those ear candy bits you have every other bar, and make a melody out of them. Reference tacks, "The Fall by The Chainsmokers" or like "Lavern" in a lot of his tracks "Human", Hold Me", etc. I know these are house tracks and not pop but I feel like this could still work. Anyways thank you for the great videos✌

I feel like, because we're getting the full process here, that we not only learn to produce music but also learn to understand that everyone goes through the same strugles making music and we're not the only experiencing these problems. Regarding the Song, I've messed around with the melody a bit exported the midi file, feel free to use it. Maybe there are some ideas that inspire you at least a bit. I've sent it to the drop competition email. ANd by the way; you seem to have some kind of a new momentum in your life. In the drop, it would be nice a pitch shifting down in the 1st quarter to give a little more energy, also a ulpifter and risers, crowd noise and more supasaws layers, a high layer too. Haha hope it helps

I feel like this type of kick has slightly better characteristics for the rest of the instrumental down there 2) Ever tried recording these guitars with reverb into Edison and using the blur mode to turn it into something insanely wide? That might give ya a lil lead that could get chopped up/amped with effects, or a background layer 3) How about an arp somewhere in the drop? 😀 4) I know you mentioned NCS, and by far the best reference for a halftime kind of drops with guitars etc would be "You & I" by Culture Code (a track released on the label back in 2021). Would strongly recommend to check it out 🐬 Sicc development of the idea! Can't wait for the next part dude! 🐬

My inspiration to produce comes and goes every time u don’t upload. I love your videoes so much. So my idea for u is, to change the chords in the drop. Insted of changing chords every 3-4 bars, change it every 8th bar, and make them more emotional-ish. Keep up the good work❤
