I can see some people not believing this is how offers really work. Instead they devise a game plan to convert clients that looks like the D-Day invasion, complete with bombing runs, naval artillery attacks, and a full-blown invasion flotilla, when all the client or prospect wants is a solution to their pain-points. Thank you for posting!
Explaining complex solution in a easy to understand way is a skill in itself. The more you have a deep understanding about the problem, the better it is to provide solutions alongside the clients.
Sir, your business videos stand high amongst the best because they consist of common sense approaches, which clearly include basic human nature experience. Thank you for your expertise for my consulting business.
Feeling good tonight. I just drafted a new offer after first session of this video. Bingo without realizing it I had designed something that fit a 'good offer' criteria. One Done 4 You Project. Thanks for the great material.
This is exactly what I need for my consulting company but it's easier said than done. In IT consulting it's challenging, especially tackling software application and infrastructure projects. Are there ways where I can implement these ideas and make it actionable?
I hear you Saepius. Even though the video provides a clear framework, it can be challenging to implement. (This is the value of working with expert. The same premise is true for why clients need YOUR help.) If you need more direct, you may want to consider joining my coaching program. You can complete the contact form on the website to express your interest.
I like these ideas, concepts and formulas. They are believable and applicable. How do we package the consulting service so that the niche enthusiastically responds (buys)?
Power, this video provides a clear step for how to package a service appropriately. Still, I appreciate this concept is harder than it looks. If you need more direct, you may want to consider joining my coaching program. You can complete the contact form on the website to express your interest.
Excellent video. Consultants are paid to solve client's problems. What do coaches do? It seems some businesses simply want to know what to do while others want you to implement that for them. Right or wrong?
Good question. This is a place where business jargon confuses the issue. The "point" is to SEE a problem and SOLVE it. If you are a better "coach" and guide the client through the issue, great. If you are a better "consultant" and you build tools the client can use, great. At the end of the day you will be doing a mix of both anyway.
In this video, most specifically, the way that you break down the importance of communication with clients in regards to their desired outcome and the risks or questions they may have. Walking through this process with them, up front and in the beginning makes perfect sense. It let's you know where on the path potential clients are at, and if working together is possible. It also helps you feel out where they are in regards to the (educational) process of your consulting area.
@@sk8erzackt I appreciate your thoughtful response. Indeed, the more you get clear before you start work...the more everyone enjoys the project. It's worth the effort in the beginning.
These kinds of packaged services have also imho additional benefits: they can be taught to your employees, and then the business can grow selling more of these solutions.
Good question Rachel. Audit, frameworks, or paid discovery are all possibilities. Beyond the name...the function of the service is most important. Talk to your prospective client, hear a problem, and offer to solve it. I've created 10 different examples - ruclips.net/p/PLGnHQQs1aqM43rqzv_ksh3IwBlZx0LGp9
hello I'm Italian and I use google translate I would like to make videos to sell my consultancy without showing your face in Italy it is said that to sell consultancy, you need to gain authority .... without showing your face it is difficult to sell advice
I agree Omar. It's very difficult to sell consulting via video without showing your face. It's important for the clients to make a connection with the person they will be working with.
This guy is a born teacher. The topic is well explained and made easy to understand. You delivered! Thanks

Indeed! It can be a lot simpler if you let it - so for some it takes a while to appreciate JUST how simple it can be.
Well Said!

It really is a skill...and it's a profitable one too! This skill is easier to master when you focus on one, specific person. Keep going Steve!

Awesome Desmond. I'm happy to hear this framework confirmed your approach. Keep going!
The leverage I love the most is that part were you wrote “incite creates other informed offerings”
Let me tell you...once you "get" this...your business hits a multiple in "light speed".

Easy to understand show business empathy most valuable
That's right! Empathy is a "secret sauce" for consultants.
Thank you.
Great Content.
Awesome!! Awesome... How am I just discovering you!!
I don't know, but I'm glad you are here. Welcome!

Show me how to do AD on any social media please
I definitely like the ease of the design
I like the strategy because it saves time to dive into charging for premium. You actually proved your worth then you can speak like a doctor.
"Speaking like a doctor" is critical. Agreed!
Great content
Much appreciated Konstantine.
This content is great
Thanks Charlotte. What was your favorite part?
@@CovetedConsultant about focusing on the pain point of the client and showing the road map
With gratitude 🙏🏻

100% Dominik!
Thanks for the helpful tips! I just launched my consulting business. Appreciate any support you can provide in helping me grow my new channel!
Can you give real life examples of these offers that your clients have implemented? Are they audits? A strategy framework? I'm not clear

Lean In. I was lucky to have done this with a client out of Instinct I guess, and thank God it worked. Lean In. Thank you for teaching sir.
You are welcome. Now you know there is an actual framework to apply. Good work. Keep going!
👏👏👏!!!

I would like to start a student consultant business in Bangladesh. Would you please give me some suggestions, sir.
What about performance only paid model
I don't like DFY services because the client takes over as the boss. Now they're bossing you around.
