its a checkout reminder or cart reminder ? seems like you call it cart but function like checkout. I think you should split it because there's a message I want to send to type of customers who added items and left the website and another type of messages to customers who started checkout but didn't paid.
This is cart abandonment plugin. The name itself explains. If there are products in the cart and customer does not complete the payment, it will send email. In both the scenarios customer abandons the cart and does not make payment.
Hi, if I check "add discount to cart", will it be automatically added to the customer's cart? Do I need to create an additional coupon in the WC panel and enter it in the message?
It is good for existing customers who are logged in and added products to the cart and did not finish. How can system send the email notification to someone without getting email address?
Hi. Before I downloaded this plugin I already have customers who abandoned their cart. Will plugin send to old abandoned cart once I activate the plugin or it’d start sending from when I activate the plugin
I installed it but it doesn't work, everything is configured as in the video tutorial, I can send the test email, everything is fine. But I can't have data in the reporting panel nor can I get the customer to receive abandoned cart warning emails.
@@ParamFreelance it simply doesn't do anything. and I really like the plugin, it's very simple. As I say, I can only send the test email, it doesn't do anything, it doesn't generate a report, no abandoned cart appears, it doesn't send an email to the customer. I've already tried another identical plugin and it works. But I preferred this one for its simplicity.
I am also experiencing this exact problem. The plugin is well configured but won't just capture any abandonment and neither are the reminder emails to customer launch. Have tried even checking the wp cron jobs and the configuration appears to be all ok. What could be the problem?
Dear Sir, I've set up a three-part email series in the WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery plugin. The first email is scheduled to be sent 20 minutes after a client abandons their cart, asking if they've encountered any issues with their order. If the client doesn't make a purchase, a second email offering free shipping is sent after one day. If the client still doesn't purchase, a third email with a 20% discount offer is sent two days later. My question is, is there a way to halt the subsequent emails in this plugin? For instance, if a client decides to complete the purchase after receiving the free shipping offer in the first email, can I prevent the plugin from sending the 20% discount email a day later? Thank you for your time and expertise.
Hi, there is no option to customized email template then how you received a customized email template ... means in email template it was showing a simple text email template but you received red colored email template how ? is there any option to Customize my email template for a abandonment cart ???
it will send email to existing user who already have account on your website. If these people abandon the cart, then it will send email. I have it explained in the video.
@@ParamFreelance I am interested in this - what about the situation where the customer has already put their email address in the purchase form, but has not signed in / is not logged in / is not a registered customer?
Dear Sir, If I use any menu cart in the header menu, the Woocommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery no working (not send email). If there are no menu cart in the header menu, the plug-in is working perfectly. I tried some menu plug-ins and the problem is same. How can I solve this problem? Thank you for your answer, Balazs

coupon will be created automatically.
So you cant send email notifications without the email. What's the point in this? Nearly all add to carts dont create an account.

What does the option "Use WooCommerce email style" actually mean. If unchecked, what are the implications?
that means, you will use the default WooCommerce email templates. You can also customize the template manually for cart recovery email.
Hi can i delete the last part {cart.unsubscribe} is it needed? It will go tot the cart page?
why do you need to delete it?

There are plugins to customize the email template layouts for woocommerce. I have published videos on it.
No, I know there are many email template customizer plugins there@@ParamFreelance , I just want to know have you customized it or what ?
How is this sending emails to the customer if they haven’t yet made an account or signed up with their email?
it will send email to existing user who already have account on your website. If these people abandon the cart, then it will send email. I have it explained in the video.
How many follow up email can we setup?

try another cart abandoned recovery plugin. see if that works.
I used the plugin and it is good but i m having issue wth the user who didn't create account in woocommerce. I m not able to track their cart
it is difficult to track cart without email account of the user. It will track cart of logged in users.
@@ParamFreelance sir is there any plugin available for OTP login through WhatsApp?
hey sir , why i'm not getting test email , i tried on my 3 different emails but didn't receive test email
try installing free smtp plugin on your website and see if that works.
Where are {{admin.firstname}} and {{admin.company}} set up?
Those are your company settings in WooCommerce. Check that information in WooCommerce Settings.
It only works if the client is already a member of your website not new customer
it needs email to send the notifications !
@@ParamFreelance But if the customer has inputed an email address as part of the purchasing process, would that be picked up?
U r de best
Thanks
