Great video thank you . I wanted to ask you is the rihinox quick connect the manual connect? Are there different types? Also i have a thumb on my E20 it is a factory thumb i know a quick connect moves the bucket forward does it effect the thumb alot . Being too short ? I wanted to order the quick connect and 36 "bucket but wanted a bit of help from you thank you again
Great to see you`re enjoying the Rhinox Product range, As product Development Manager its great to listen to our customer so they can get the most out of their equipment. Regards Kurt, Rhinox Group
Thank you for watching my video and reaching out! You make a solid product and I’m very happy with it so fare! I made another video on the manual quick hitch that you might be interested in. I did find that I had do a little modification to get it to fit my machine. I have since been able to work around the issue but I bring it to your attention so that maybe you could address it on future models!
Hey man any issues since you notched that section on the quick coupler? I’ve got the same setup with the OEM thumb and fed with with the pita it is to change out buckets. Looking into this system
Do you think a 30" tilt grading bucket would be a good investment for the E20? I'm looking at one by Mondo attachments and the only one they have for smaller machines like my E20 is called the 30" micro bucket. Do you think the tilt feature is worth the hefty premium? They are around $3,500.
I considered buying one of these couple years ago when they were $1200 and here’s my thoughts on it. It would be a good tool if you use it all the time. It really all depends on what what kind of work you are doing most with the machine. For my business, I don’t think it’s absolutely necessary. It would be a good tool, but I would find a hydraulic breaker has more value than a tilt bucket.
@@triplesticks makes sense and thanks for the quick reply. All I have now is an 18” tooth bucket and need a grading bucket of some sort. Do you still think the one you have in this video is about the best choice?
@@triplesticks Thank you and that makes sense. Can I ask a favor please?: If you were to buy 2 or 3 new buckets from Rhino because that's all you could afford, and you could barely afford that, and you only had an 18" tooth bucket now for your E20, what 2 or 3 would you buy for the type of work you do?
@@triplesticks awesome yes I was thinking along those lines but knew you'd know! I'm doing the same type of thing but for my own properties and that is very helpful. Last question and I promise I will stop bugging you: Teeth or no teeth on those buckets? My 18 has teeth. I'm thinking teeth on the 6", smooth on the 12", smooth on the 36"?
Actually it came from the factory like that. That roller squeak is the only thing I don’t like about this machine. As fare as the valve tap goes, it may just be how the camera Records the sound. But Next time I take it in for service I’ll Mention it to bobcat.
@@triplesticks You should notify them so that they will have a record of this. I have been working with diesels for close to 35 years. Something is not right. Great videos .I like them.
I have the same bucket for my 18-4 with the Kubota Quick attach ears. Big fan. I did go ahead and drill it out to add a bolt on cutting edge. I'm in AZ and it can get rocky. Thing seriously hogs out the loose stuff quick doesn't it?

Glad your showing off your skills and the buckets. Probably the brand I can afford

No I have not had any problems. I put like 250 hours on it and it still works like a champ! It is totally worth the money
Rite on good to know. Thanks for the quick reply!
Happy to help

Nice joystick control
Thanks!
From the sounds of it you may have a roller on it's way out. Also sounds like a valve tap when the engine was idling.

Is that a weld on hydraulic thumb or a pin on thumb. Also, what is the brand of that thumb and if you don’t mind how much did it cost? Thanks.
It is the pin on Thumb I don’t remember the brand but it cost like $1800
@@triplesticks thanks .
Man the more I watch the E20 I sure do you want one. My problem with the cat 304E2CR that I have is it’s to big on most jobs.
Great job
Thank you!
Thanks for showing this, I’ve been wondering how the E20 would handle one. Now, about that squeaky undercarriage, what’s up with that?
It came from the factory like that. That track squeak is the only thing I dislike about the machine.
@@triplesticks That doesn't sound like that should. Maybe you can get some lubrication in it.

Yeah man that’s why I got that bought that one! I never thought about putting a bolt on cutting edge . That’s a good idea.
You need to grease those tracks! Ouch!
There is no way to grease them. I have tried adjusting the tracks but still no luck
