My son started playing with MagnaTiles when he was 2 years old…he’s 12 and still plays with them. They are more fun now with all the dinosaur sets and animal sets!
They are such a good toy that lasts a long time! Isabella received the dinosaur set for her birthday. The add one are so fun!
This turned out great. We loved magnatiles. So much fun.
They are a play must-have in our house. So many possibilities!
Awesome layout Chelsey... putting the papers and photos on the page makes the sketch! Not sure I would have tried this sketch without your example, but now I am sure to use it. LOVE those Mega Tiles. We got them for our grandson last Christmas and keep them at our house. He plays with them ALL. THE. TIME!! It is amazing how his creations have progressed over the year!

I love the paper you've used. I have looked at it but thought it was maybe too bright for me. Now I've seen how you've used it on your pages it's going on my wish list to scrap photos of my 6 month old granddaughter lying on a blanket with all of those beautiful colours in. Thanks for the inspiration. 😊
The bright colours are so much fun to work with! I think mixing in lots of white and some black helps to balance them out too. I hope you have fun creating with them!
I am impressed. I do not like Stampin Up paper but you ladies made me want to take another look. Great layout, beautiful colors and a precious little girl.
I’m having a lot of fun playing with the new Stampin’ Up paper! So many ideas, not enough time to create is my only problem! 😂
i am also not impressed with the SU paper. What I have bought is too busy and I just can't seem to figure out what to do.
@@vickyg990 I've been mixing it with cardstock and some calmer patterns like wood grain or using the back of some of the papers for calmer patterns. I do look forward to seeing what they offer specifically designed for scrapbooking. Coming in September!

Yes it is a lot of colour and pattern but I think all that white space saved the day!

You reminded me of my boys in their Lego days. I wish I had thought to photograph more of their creations 😢
It is beautiful paper! This would work great with Lego photos too. Maybe you could find a photo of them building Lego and then do a reenactment photo with them doing something similar all grown up. I think those types of photos are so fun!

Love love love!!!!! This pattern paper looks so good with this sketch - makes me want to run out and buy Magna Tiles! Such a fun layout and I love the series of photos over the year - especially the "peek-a-boo" one.

I love the crisp look that this layout creates using your busy photos on the bright papers. All the different shapes blend together nicely. It is a great finish without being overloaded. A layout that I think that your daughter will love looking at!!
Yes she loves this layout and laughs every time she sees it. I think it’s the close up photo of her looking through the magna-tiles that really tickles her funny bone 😂

I love all your layouts, thank you for sharing with us!!! I have a question, if Close to my Heart joined stampinup, why can't stampinup demonstrators or customers purchase the products from Close to my heart without an account. Doesn't seem fair! I'm just wondering!!! I'm an avid scrapbooker!!!
So the reason there are restrictions on who can purchase the CTMH products from Stampin' Up is because SU is much bigger than CTMH and the quantity of products available is much too small to offer all SU customers and demonstrators. The products would sell out immediately. All the releases from CTMH are done now though and starting in September there will be new scrapbooking collections from SU that will be available to everyone! 🎉
What a fun layout! I love the chevron pattern and bright colours with lots of white space. I want to like your video but I'm only seeing the thumbs down button! Is it just me?
I saw another comment along these lines, but it doesn’t seem to be a widespread issue.
