You absolute miracle. I've been suffering from watery eyes for a couple of years and it got really bad in the last few weeks. I'd tried everything to work out what to do, and then came across this video. Ordered Opticrom from Amazon. Just arrived. Put two drops in each eye, and BINGO! Eyes have stopped watering! I can finally apply eyeliner at the corners of my eyes again. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

OMG: watery eyes are sometimes embarressing especially when going shopping. My eyes become watery the tears starts stinging my eyes and then people look at me wondering whats wrong. Hi, I came across this video last week and bought some from my local Asda. Thank you thank you thank you times a million. For the first time in about 7 years I've done my makeup how I want it. I've always loved eyeshadow and couldn't put it under my eyes. ironically I'm so happy I could cry!

Thank you a million times over.....I have the exact same watery eye condition, that comes on suddenly mainly the right eye. I ran out and bought the Opticrom at Shopper's here in Canada and used it as soon as I got to work. Gave relief immediately. I'm amazed, because the prescription stuff that I was using didn't work this well. So thank you very, very much. I can wear my make-up again.

Hi Karen, last year I could have really done with these eye drops I went the whole of the summer last year not wearing any eye make up just a little waterproof mascara if my eyes were not too sore, I had all of the problems you described in this video. For some reason this year my eyes are not watering which I am so happy about. I have just ordered some of these eye drops just incase. Thank you so much for sharing this video :) xx
Im so grateful to have come across your video, these drops have been a lifesaver, Ive been suffering this sodding watery eyeball for the best part of 3 years now, its been the bane of my life, I Never thought for 1 second it was allergy related because my optician was convinced it was dry eye so Ive been using every over the counter dry eye drops going and nothing worked at all. Great information. I have always had watery eyes in adulthood but sometimes worse than other times. I apparently have no seasonal allergies but a few things were suggested to me by my opthamologist and my GP - They believe my eyes water due to being dry; took me quite awhile to understand when you have dry eyes your tears will overproduce, I also have a scalp condition that effect my lids at times and they suggest every night as part of my routine to use a very warm compress for several minutes on both eyes to open the ducts........tada. I also at night use a gel drop by Systane for a comfortable sleep. All kinds of things and reasons cause eye dryness so it is so important to find out the cause to treat properly. Thanks for sharing.
I'm so sick of having watery eyes... I've been to the opthalmologist three times in the last year and they can't tell me the cause of it. I've tried everything from Tobradex, Brolene, Xailin night ointment, Chloramphenicol, warm compresses, splashing my eyes with cold water in the morning, eliminating makeup products one by one. Nothing works and as melodramatic as it sounds it's making my everyday life miserable! I really hope these work for me, thanks for the info :)

Basically this vid has been life changing for me went to pick up the eye drops from Boots spoke to the pharmacist they didn't have the brand opticrum? the pharmacist explained it was just a brand - i got the boots one and it has worked just fine for me. Its blood amazing people who want this look for the active ingredient Sodium Cromogilicate in any eye drop
Thank you sooooo much for this!!! I am in desperate need of something. I am bothered by watery eyes daily. I use retin-a around my eyes but never too close and I think it's my biggest culprit but even have watery eyes when I don't use it. I am very anxious to try it out!
Brilliant! I have just the one eye that - exactly the same as you - will water for a few weeks, then mysteriously stop, then start again. I shall get these drops and cross my fingers! 👍🏻

I bought this yesterday and it's like a miracle! I've suffered terribly with constant watery eyes tried loads of different drops even off doctor nothing worked until i tried opticom and here I am no watery eyes!!!! Many thanks for the suggestion

Hi Karen, I have been suffering with watery eyes for about 3 months now and nothing seems to help. I have tried Opticrom too but this doesn't work for me. It is so annoying as I keep having blurred vision which is horrible and have to keep wiping my eyes with tissues which takes my make up off. Wish if there was a solution for me, I am totally fed up with it x

Karen, I have your problem of watery eyes. Out of the blue a few months ago I noticed that when I was putting my skincare serums and creams on I put them on around my eyes rather too close and that causes my eyes to water every flippin time. Morning and night. So one night I took extra care with where I put my skincare serums and creams and kept them away from my eye lids if you know what I mean. After doing this for two days I noticed a difference in that my eyes didn't water so much.Whoopee I thought. Then a few weeks ago I put my skincare too close to my eye lids again and the wateryness started again. I have Perrenial Rhinitis so have to take a nasal spray and tablets to control that.

Have you used this since your video and are the results the same? I have the exact same problem and it's driving me mad! I used opticrom around 2 years ago and I remember that it worked quite well but like you I stopped as my bout of watery eyeness stopped & im not sure why I didnt go back to opticrom!

I sometimes have watery eyes (esp. the left one) at night in bed. I always sleep with a doubled up hanky underneath my face (it can be that bad and I don't want to wet my pillow). It's allergies. Seasonal. Thanks for the tip, Karen! I know about the crusty eye corner!!! LOL

It may not be hay fever but you're obviously allergic to something...probably the make up and eye shadows. I am allergic for some reason to any purple eye shadows. I went 20 yrs without wearing it, tried it and within minutes eyes are running like you described. If it's not make up, it could be food allergy. I'm allergic to gluten and always had eye problems until I completely eliminated it from diet.
Hi Karen, I feel your pain lol. Like you I've never been able to identify the cause of my watery eyes, I'm usually fine if I don't put anything near my eyes in the morning including when I cleanse my face. At night time I go to sleep with tissues in my hand as my 49 yr old eyes and face need gallons of lotions and potions so I resort to mopping up all the tears to avoid the sore eye corners. I commented yesterday saying I was off to buy the nice smelling hair thing (still can't remember the name of it!) Well I didn't get as far as Boots as my eye shadow looked a bloody mess, it goes through my head that the counter girls/ladies are thinking 'what's she buying make up for when she obviously can't apply it' ! I've ordered these drops so fingers crossed they'll work for me too::-)

Yippee, the drops work, thank you so much. I can't believe neither of us thought about allergy drops before when it is obviously a reaction to a product which causes the watery eyes. I'm going to Space NK today so fingers crossed my eye make up will still be on my eyes when I get there xx

Hi am from South Africa and cannot get this product here, and AMAZON does not deliver to South Africa, I am struggling with the exact same eye problem. So frustrating!
I have such terrible wet eyelids lately, I have tried everything, I can put my makeup on and in 2 hours it is gone. I have wiped off my eye makeup again and hour later gone again. so like you ready to give up wearing it. I bought eye gel yesterday. so I hope it helps my dry eyes.

I have this issue . I have had stents put in my tear ducts. Now going to have another op where the bottom skin of my eye is going to be pulled back. Hopefully this works. If not last option is a full op up my nose as they think I have a kink in my tear duct tube.

hi hun i think i know whats causing the watery eyes because i have the same problem. it happens when the body is withdrawing from any kind of opiate,so if you are late taking codine dose or your trying to cut down then the first thing that happens is the eyes start watering and that happens first well before any other side effect comes along xxxx
Its good thinking hun, but not that with me as I'm not withdrawing lol. Plus I've had this since before I even took codeine. Glad you've found the solution for you though :0) I'm so happy to have found these drops! x

Same here Karen blinking dry eyes, pollen makes them worse too. I'm using Refresh Tears which do a pretty good job... Do ur eyes go red too?
+Dee Manfre Thankfully they don't go red now no, that's probably why I didn't think it was pollen related - when I was young they would go very red and almost bulge out of my head they were so inflamed! X

FiguresI it wouldn't be and I sometimes think we just don't want to sell helpful items here; just because I hear this so often and it's very clear there's nothing remotely dangerous in the product - I'm sure many people in the UK use this daily and if they have no problems, why would we? The human tests here are entire countries, and probably many. Maybe I can get a prescription for one of my dogs and use it on me instead. If anyone here has tried it, please let me know and if any of you found something else that works well (and I will try the opcon eye drops; thanks Shabby for the recommendation and Wifeey for the Ebay one and I'll try it too). Ginger, thank you so much for the information and recommendation - I never know what causes mine either and lately they have destroyed every eye look I try - and you're so right - they seem to water up and even when they don't, I will accidentally stick my brush in the water and have a wet application where I don't want it. Ugh, so annoying and it does make it impossible for an eye makeup to look good - I've had them get so bad they actually take off everything they are hitting on the way down and leave streaks - if I can't catch it fast enough. Eye liner blocks the tear ducts by accumulating in the tubes preventing eyes from draining. Massaging and using salt water in the corners will eventually dissolve it. A RUclips recently had a large string of eyeliner pass through the back of her nose from the tear duct. My eyes have been streaming lately and it correlates to me wearing eyeliner inside my eyes for the past few months. I always did that before but not daily until the past few months and I have been naughty and sleeping without cleaning it off some nights.
Watery eyes that are a frequent problem may be due to partially/fully blocked tear ducts. Severe cases should be treated by an eye doctor. It can happen to anyone, but women over 50 and people who use C-Pap machines are often affected.
