A driver was slowing down at a red light when a careless Volvo driver suddenly rear-ended his car. Instead of stopping to take responsibility, the Volvo driver sped off, running the red light. Shocked by what had just happened, the cam driver immediately decided to chase him and confront him. However, the Volvo driver refused to stop and attempted a risky maneuver to escape. This backfired when he lost control and crashed into a power box, not only damaging his car but also causing a local power outage. Moments later, the police arrived to hold him accountable.
