    Canola oil is not healthy at all. Thanks for the recipe but I prefer using healthy fats.

    You lost me at a few things.
    No hand washing between ingredients.
    No mis en place done prior to cooking.
    Pan Sears with Olive oil blend instead of a high heat oil
    Scrapes fish off pan instead of waiting for natural release
    Adds barely any butter
    That fish “marinade” was worthless
    Broccoli is going to be under
    A buttery non acidic wine would have been a better choice
    Add your cold butter at the end, off the heat, once the alcohol has burned off, then it won’t separate
    Hard to tell, looks at the end like her sauce separated; fish looked over.
    Disappointing

      You've quite obviously have never worked in a fast paced high end professional kitchen.
