I would say this is mostly accurate, but I would give endurance to taekwondo. I'm a kickboxer who trained in both. I use karate training for strength and punching power, and I use taekwondo for the flexibility and endurance training. You have to think. Your legs are the heaviest and strongest muscles in the body, and they require the most energy to move, while you are spending hours lifting them above waist level to kick, this has the most energy demand of almost any martial art. I literally train TKD two days a week for both muscular and cardiovascular endurance, on top of flexibility.

That's a close one because karate does have the same kicks for managing space, but TKD has better evasiveness through the footwork, and creates more pressure with kicks if used correctly. But then if you train an iron body in karate ( including taking body Punches), as well as the focus on strength training, you do build durability and strength, which is a good defense. I use both, but I will say good Karate will make your muscles and bones into both the amor and the weapons. That's the kinda karate that people have forgotten about.
