I love how you explain how to use the ruler to get "That Perfect First Cut". I've purchased a lot of the rulers you use and I am finding out that my strips are cut perfectly. Thanks so much for all you do for the quilting community.

I purchased a full set of your rulers from you when I attended a week long class you did with Going Batty Quilting in Reno, NV. That was a long time ago! I really enjoyed every minute of your class and the rulers are great. I will have to take a look at the new ones!
All acrylic can slip but I think it’s all in positioning if your hand. I want my ruler slick so it doesn’t grab the fabric when you make extra cuts. Search back thru my earlier videos on cutting with rulers and I demo where your hand is in relation to the ruler. You do need to move your hand up or down the tool if it’s a long cut. I will be building on this video in the coming weeks.
No clue. For now this is new so I can’t project what will. If you mean strip cutters then I can say no for sure. Smaller of angles is possible but not anytime soon

I have a video on doing that quilt. It’s spikes and peaks book and I demoed the rulers. The pattern is in the book as a pdf. Spikes and peaks. Enjoy
