Male Genital (Reproductive) System

In this video, I will discuss the male genital anatomical structures, such as scrotum, spermatic cord, penis (corpus spongiosum penis, glans penis, corona, prepuce/foreskin, corpora cavernosa penis), testes, epididymis, dartos muscles, cremaster muscles, ductus (vas) deferens, ampulla of ductus deferens, testicular artery, testicular vein, seminal glands, prostate gland, bulbourethral (Cowper's glands), ejaculatory ducts, prostatic urethra, membranous urethra, and spongy urethra. I will briefly explain the role of sacral nerves in the process of erection and the lumbar nerves in the process of ejaculation. I will discuss the pathway for ejaculation, the major secretions that form semen, and the pH of semen.
