I know you hate the free cam but when it comes to decked out 2 you're going to love it for those moments where you want to double check something but know you're coming back to the same spot.
That interaction with Zedaph gives me an idea: Replace a chest someone uses with a trap chest that triggers a music disc with the scary sound. Bonus points for redstone that doesn't trigger every time they open it.

(Or they paused/took a screenshot and just typed it super fast). They would have already seen him use this function prior and knew they could also open the URL (a new random one is generated each time he clicks the link in game), and already had a file ready.
Take audio clips of every hermit from past episodes. Look for instances where they say something like "Tango is great" "Tango is so good" etc. Play it back to them endlessly.

here's an idea: you have your goat horn with some scary sound right? use one of the other mods to reskin it like a shulker box and hide it in someone's chest monster or something. Then, when they go to "place" the shulker, they'll play the scary noise coded into the goat horn.
Unfortunately that won’t work because goat horns use a 2D mesh while shulker boxes use a 3D one. Therefore when someone picks up the retexturing goathorn the shulker box will unfortunately just be 2D in their hand, which will most likely give it away.
Haven't watched all the way through yet, but I really hope someone came up with the idea of a phantom sound. Play it during the day and watch people start checking for trapped phantoms 😂

You should use the warden sound for when you release wardens into decked out after they enter the maze. That way you could keep wardens to different areas and you could reset the by creating capture points using Impulses thumper piston clock design that grabs their attention.

Unfortunately I checked out the factor meals. It does not appear we can adapt menu for food allergies and intolerances. The meals DO look delicious though. I did some research... They appear to be the top rated food delivery service. I am now sad I can not get them.

About the finding hermits - one thing you could do is set up a dynmap addon on Hermitcraft. I don't know if the dynmap does exist in form of a Fabric mod or it's only a Spigot plugin, but you can run Spigot plugins using an unofficial Spigot Fabric port, which is super useful if you need to add some addons that only exist in form of a Spigot plugin. The only downside is that since it is an unofficial port, some Spigot plugins may not work (like worldedit plugin doesn't work at all, but mod should), it's all about trial and error tho to find out which ones do work and which ones don't. The dynmap is used in a web browser, it actually opens a whole new port accessible through browser, so it acts like a separate server. You could set up a public dynmap display (which would be over a reverse proxy on a public domain hidden under Cloudflare proxy, the proxy may be set up on a different machine than the actual Hermicraft server runs on), or you can use the dynmap only for yourself, so it will be open for you guys only on your private server domain.
