    Do you know if that would be the same install for 2008 SRT8? I just bought the Eiback drag launch springs to lower the car.

    You mentioned that you were going to tighten up the front control arm bolts under load on reassembly. What type of load are you putting the suspension under? Are you using the jack to put it under load, or did you tighten them up when you lowered it down on the wood blocks?

    • @anthonysgarage1
      @anthonysgarage1  6 месяцев назад

      @@seansdriveway I’ve done it a few ways…one way is compress the suspension with the jack but you can only do one side at a time. Probably the best way is to put the wheels back on and lower the car down on ramps so you can crawl underneath and torque the bolts. Basically you want the suspension at ride height. Any suspension bolt that passes through a rubber bushing should be done this way.

      @@anthonysgarage1 sweet! Thank you for tip. I'll do it that way when it comes to doing it on my charger. What type of rachet were you using to tighten down the top strut bolt? That thing is definitely what I need

    Could you tell much of a ride difference going from ebay to a better spring. I have about the same setup and want to upgrade. The Amazon springs lowered the srt8 3 inches and I’d like to lift it an inch. But only if I have better control and ride quality.
